Selle Italia NET Saddle

I'm a daily, year-round commuter, so I put a lot of hours on the saddle. But finding the right one has been difficult--The guys at my local bike shop tease me for having a problem with saddles. I started with the standard gel saddle; these are great for casual riders, but if you spend a lot of time on them you quickly realize that they are meant for short term comfort. From there I switch to a leather Brooks saddle. It was like sitting on plywood, but once the leather broke in, it was like a dream--except that I had continual dye transfer staining my shorts! I moved from there to a Brooks Cambium. It simulated the comfort of leather, but the design and material of the saddle was like sandpaper. I wore through pants and shorts at an alarming rate. And with all of these saddles, the problem of heat in the summer meant my backside was often soaked with sweat; not a good look.These problems were solved by the NET saddle. I won't pretend to be able to describe the engineering of it, but suffice it to say that this is an extremely comfortable saddle. Once I get positioned right, I can stay there without adjustment for extended periods, with no pain in my sit-bones. In addition, the mesh design allows for airflow underneath, so it keeps my tush cool(er) and (mostly) sweat free.Best part of this is the price. Like a lot of bike nerds, I tend to conflate a high price point with a high-quality product, so I was skeptical that this would live up to the reviews. Well, color me convinced. The price-to-quality ratio on this saddle is absurd: high, high quality, at a low, low price. What could be better than that?

Great saddle, very comfortable

Für meine Anatomie passt der Sattel sehr gut, und schaut auf dem Radl für das er gedacht ist, auch gut aus.Man sieht allerdings (auf dem oberen Bild kann man es entdecken, wenn man es mal weiß) die Wabenstruktur etwas durch den Bezug, da er aus einem Netzstoff ist.Alles in Allem aber gut verarbeitet und komfortabel.Längere Touren habe ich noch nicht unternommen, da das Bike grade im Aufbau ist, aber für ca. eine Stunde im Sattel kann ich sagen, dass er mir gut passt.

Ottima sella. Del resto il marchio è una garanzia.Profumata come promettono, disegno meraviglioso a mio gusto.Unica pecca almeno per quello che mi riguardo mi aspettavo una morbidezza maggiore
