We opted for the 20 ft floor 4 inches thick. This is exactly what my girls wanted to continue practicing their floor and tumbling routines during Covid-19. The packaging was very good, no damage was noted. We left the exterior box outside, using caution not to contaminate the interior box. The floor itself was wrapped in plastic. The floor unrolled very easily and the pump itself worked without any issues. The only reason for a 4-star review is because I had a minor issue with the self-closig port when I blew up the floor. When you remove the nozzle for the pump from the port, it should seal. It took me a couple of tries until I was able to manipulate the seal and spring to ensure a seal when I removed the nozzle. This may be a manufacturing issue with a weak spring. I read some reviews that indicated an issue with their floor losing air after a day or two. We are not experiencing that issue at all and they have been using the floor non-stop since I blew it up. Get the floor- they will love it!

We bought this air track and there was a leak in it. It would slowly deflate throughout the day after the girls tumbled on it. We searched for hole but it must be very small. So I went to return It for one that worked... I found out that this company would not pay for return shipping!!!! It would cost me 120$ to send back because of the weight and it had to be shipped to California. So I paid 350+ dollars for a damaged product..... I can’t get another one that actually functions correctly without paying 120$ to mail this one back...... complete BS!! We have ordered a similar air track from a different company and did not have any issues with it whatsoever. So do your research! You will not be able to return even if it was sent to you not working properly!!!!!

I’m not sure how they came up with the 3.28 measurement for the width. We were excited to get a longer mat and when it arrived, it is much more narrow than our other mat that is a different brand. Both of these brands have 3.3 written as the width in the description. Returning and buying the same brand that we already own.

Sadly this is more of a 10-13 foot. I ordered a 20 foot. It's very skinny in width as well. Hopefully it at least last.

We purchased an airtrack so we could hire a tumble coach to do private lessons during covid. My kids ages 10,15, and 16 have thoroughly made great use out of this mat. My kids weigh 180, 150 and 80 lbs so durability was a must especially with all the backflips and hard landings. I would highly recommend this product. we purchased the 13' footer 4" height. It came with a bag and electric pump that also included various attachments for other inflatables. after we deflate the track we simply fold it in half, roll it up and store in the bag along with the pump. Id say the 13' x 4" weighs about 20lbs. so very manageable.

Our twins have wanted an Air Track for over a year and we surprised them with this one for their 13th birthday! One of the best purchases we have ever made!It was very easy to blow up and get ready to go! The bag will (hopefully) come in handy one day when they let it leave our family room!Great to use for gymnastics, stretching, push-ups, sit ups, and that's just what we've figured out so far!And our daughter did her first back flip on it! YAYAYAYA!!

Absolutely amazing product. We had it for almost two months now and it’s still inflated and in awesome shape. This is absolutely a great buy for the money and my gymnasts use it everyday for her tumbling practice. It is very durable, material is sturdy and of great quality.

After only 2 months of normal usage (we deflated it only once) the airtrack had 3 little holes on the side and 1 large tear beside the air valve. We taped the holes and it was ok but the tear appeared 3 days after the time limit for refund...😩 My 3 girls are devastated!!

Fantastique! Nous avons reçu notre commande dans le délai. Facile à gonfler avec la pompe et garde bien son air. Peut prendre du temps à le dégonfler complètement (environ 15-30 minutes). Tapis de 13 pieds, parfait pour ma fille de 11 ans qui l'utilise pour faire de la gymnastique. Capable d'enchaîner 3 figures de suite sur son air track. Elle l'utilise principalement à l'extérieur. Elle pourrait également l'utiliser dans notre grand sous-sol. Tapis assez pesant à transporter lorsqu'il n'est pas gonflé. Elle l'adore!

I purchased a 10 ft track from AKSport last year with the same measurements as the 20ft Track I purchased last week with the exception of the length and as you can see from my photo there is a significant difference in the surface width of the two mats …the new 20ft mat is significantly more narrow. BEWARE of the inconsistent sizing when ordering. I am hoping I just received a faulty mat and that the company will rectify the mistake by exchanging the new mat for one that is the proper measurement because my daughter has really enjoyed the 10ft track it has been well used and has held up well she was so excited to be able to connect to the 20ft track to be able to practice longer tumbling passes but it’s just so much narrower.

The electric pump broke after one use:(This air track mat costed me a lot of money.I sent an e mail to amazon about this but did not receive any reply. I’m worried that in the absence of a right size pump this air track will become useless.I need AKSPORT to contact me and send me a new pump ASAP. They have to stand by such an expensive product and provide support and good customer service.I’ll keep the viewers updated about this.

I love this but it is not as big as expected l.I used it for tumbling. Ok so something very funny happens with the pump ok so I took it out and my long hair got stuck in and sucked up and pulling my hair. It wasn’t all of my hair thought thankfully but it got a few big knots that I will need to get out. So lesson learned never let your hair get stuck in a air pump because it is sorta painful and takes lots of time to fix untangling it. Everyone please do not go try it it’s not worth it.but then again this mat is so good if you love gymnastics/tumbling this proudut is great for you . Again nothing wrong with the mat or air pump so ya tie your hair up and ya. Actually I just remeberd my hair was up it was just in a ponytail tho so put it in something like braids or a bun... ya so if you like this review gives o buy this right now!!!!! Buy the way this is a kid who write this so I am pretty proud because it’s kinda funny in some ways!! Oh my god I should be a sailsman when I grow up!!??
