Comfort
Comfortable and good volume. I like this because it leaves my other ear free to hear conversations etc.

The earpiece is soft is very comfortable I like the setup for the other also and the sound is good.

Move along , nothing to see here
Cuts out all the time, and no range, if you're phone is in your back pocket and you turn your head it disconnects . Threw it in the garbage the day I got it

Fits, works, sounds ok. Worth the price.
Packaged arrived undamaged. Always a plus. Was sealed and everything in order. Comes with the Ear Piece (obviously), a TINY type B charging cable, Headphone (not Headphones), extra covers and a manual. Hooked up easily to my phone. Labeled as V9. The ear piece spins to let a left or right handed person use. Tested sound. It had decent sound. Can go VERY loud. Sound quality is good enough to understand without problems, but won't knock your socks off with bass or BOSE quality. So don't expect that, but what it will give you is decent clarity. For the price, I can't complain. I have small ears, so this wrapped around my ears easily and fit Ok. Feels like I will have to change out the ear piece after extended use because it feels like it might hurt after a long time, but that's why they include extra sizes. I hooked up the earphone, which plugs into the charging port, and put it in my other ear. Played a song or two on Pandora was thought it sounded ok. Don't expect 5.1 THX or Dolby surround. I seen a couple reviews on here before purchasing this complaining that is said HEADPHONES. While TECHNICALLY, this is true. You still have the option to make it work like headphones with that extra ear bud supplied. I personally did not buy this for headphones, but an ear phone for work as my other one is going bad. Finding that in the package was just an added bonus.

Expected better.
Product was easy to pair but hard to gold in my ear. Actually fell, hit the floor and the back casing came off. Still works but may get a newer different brand. A little tinny but bought it for battery life not sound.

Product is greatl. However the UPS Delivery Driver didn't knock on my door as instricted.
