I really like it. It's a great workout for your booty and core. I recommend it if you want to target those areas. I've even turned the belt to the sides and front to work inner/outer thighs and quads.

I absolutely love this belt! Ive been using it for 3 weeks now, Ive mived up to the gray belt and I can see and feel a huge difference, not only in my glutes but in my abs as well. Great product.

I have not worked out in years and figured this out in 5 minutes. Was able to use with ease and absolutely got a fantastic work out. YouTube tutorials helped tremendously. I disagree with other reviews about the bands being to tight. They need to be for good resistance. Worth the money!

I really enjoy this, but I have no problem when using the advanced bands. The beginners were nothing to me, I skipped the medium and went for the advanced expecting a challenge, but I just did it like it was nothing. Hmmm. Still fun, and it does make my lower back feel better and looser, which is worth it for me

This is the best piece of workout equipment ever! I am a regular gym goer, but if I don't have time do go, I can use the booty belt at home and feel like I had an awesome workout! Defiantly worth the money!

Love it. Great workout if you have no time to go to the gym. Pink belts are not tough at all if you are in a decent shape. Didn't cause any discomfort neither belt or feet straps. Recommend it as a daily light workout or for keeping yourself in shape. Absolutely awesome for maintaining a good shape. Not for weight loss tho :) Definitely overpriced but if you are OK with spending money youll be satisfied.

I liked the idea of this system but I really didn't use it. I tried it but found it was a lot harder to use - not for the amateur for sure. It's made of great quality the product just wasn't for me

It hurts a bit... when you kick your legs the belt around your waist is pulled and digs into your hips. Even after I strapped it as hard as I could. Looser was even worse. But a good hard workout. Love that I received 3 different belts, a mat, a dvd, and booklet of workouts.

If u can get the right feel that u can get it to work good for you

Very painful around the waist and hips. Dug into me with every pull. Returned and will go back to basics with a tension rope.
