Light but very sturdy. Easy to use. Make sure to put flour on the mold or the back of you dough or both so the pierogi come off easily. Don't put too much stuffing (meat, cheese, fruit whatever you use) because these are one of the smaller pierogi making, which my kids LOVE, and if you over load, it will be harder to get them out. I used/had other molds and absolutely love this one. Great price! Great product! 👍👌

Gone are the days of spending hours making uszka by hand. With my teenage daughter we can make hundreds of uszka in an hour. The thing that slows us down is having to stop and wait for the uszka to boil and cook.I have been having fun with this. I was worried at first, but now I also make apple dumplings, meat dumplings, cheese dumplings, cherry dumplings, Russian potato dumplings and plum dumplings. They all seal perfectly and stay together in the boiling pot. And it is so fast and easy to use. When I am done I just put it in the dishwasher and then store it in the drawer.I love the video recipes and instructions that were included with this fantastic little gadget. It really does the job, but you will need a layer of thick dough both sides in order to have the "peirogi" totally sealed. I used it to make a Middle Eastren dish called "Shishbarak".. It saved a lot of time, and I will used it from now on! The shipping was a lot quicker than expected.

I have used it twice since I got it. I like this form for pelmeni that I make, I love that they are cute and small and I can make a bunch in one sitting, however, as much as I love this form, the pieces are very hard to get out so I have to use a ton of flour and shake the form to get all the pieces out.

This thing is way too cool and convenient. Two things I would suggest when using: 1.) make sure your cover it very well with flour. And I mean VERY WELL. Like, cover the hell out of it with flour. 2.) make the first layer of dough slightly thick. If you make it too thin, it'll tear easily when you fill it with your filling. I really hope you enjoy this product as much as my family did. You may mess up on the first batch, but you'll get the hang of it quickly, I promise. Have fun!!!

The worst thing in my kitchen. It didn't work for dumplings. The holes are tiny. The whole thing is just irritating. I tried to return it but the seller never responded.

It is the perfect size and does more than need so that I can store extra in the freezer. I used it last weekend and did the job perfectly. I recommend this to anyone that loves to make raviolis dumplings or just having fun in the kitchen. Love Love Love it

Got this plastic mold versus the metal one. It’s a good quality mold that’s not flimsy and it has a good weight to it. The edges of the molds cut the dough nicely once I roll over it with my rolling pin. Made in Poland. Made my pelmeni perfectly. They are on the smaller size of pelmenis; however, I personally prefer that.
