Q: Is this made from organic wine?

No, which is why the ingredients use the word "pure" instead of organic.

Q: How can this be Organic? I thought through the manufacturing process of making baking soda chemicals are used? are you not using them?

Many company's use chemicals to make baking soda. I was searching to see if this brand is different but have yet to find answer. I do know Bob's Red Mill brand states they use only water to make theirs

Q: Can i add this to my lemon water as a potassium supplement?

I bought it for that very same reason. However, I found that it upset my stomach. Created an intense raw feeling. I think I took 2 or 3 tsp. I have pH test strips and tested the cream of tartar. It's very acidic. This may be why it was upsetting my stomach. I tried taking it with once with food, but took a lot less too, about 1/8 tsp, and my stomach seemed ok. I only tried this once though. It's worth a try, but keep in mind that it's acidic so it may not agree with you.
