I heard about this pump from a friend who has had the same one for years with no issues so decided to give it a try. Locks on tight...no need to waste money on a costly dispenser. It never leaks and does not need batteries.We have tried various pumps over the years and this one is by far the best!

To be honest, this was not purchased for dispensing water. I have soda syrup in 5 gallon bottles, and this pump was the best investment I've made. I bought 2 of them to swap out so I can clean them frequently. It's easy to pump and the liquid flows smoothly, with no splashing!

Purchased two units, one for office and one for home. Use them with five gallon distilled water for our Nespresso machines. Both units perform perfectly. Sturdy construction and easy to use. Should the need arise for additional pumps, Dolphin water pumps are the way to go!

This pump does not work for all 5-6 gallon jugs as the manufacture described. Even if I tight the nut all the way it will not make an air tight seal and thus doesn't work as intended. Very dissapointed..

Very good product simple to use. Pumps air into bottle to dispense water so very little water inside pump. So no contamination worries for me.

So convenient we keep this at our coffee station. It works very nicely And it is a great invention

Works great. Is sealed tight and has no leaks. It also stops quickly, not like one of those slow flows. Highly recommended.
