Had professional install. Towel bar is great. I wanted a sleek modern look. TP holder started to come loose in about a month. Also TP holder doesn’t stop roll from falling on floor. I’m stuck with it now. Just have to be super gentle when tearing off paper

These look great, and is reasonable in price, and the idea of installation is easy, but the end result is not sturdy at all on the towel rack. The toilet paper roll works great, but the towel rack rotates and slides out of place even though the anchor below is very secure and not moving. I believe the towel rack is just defective. Disappointed.

I consider myself to somewhat of a handy man but the way the brackets are made, it is impossible to get a tight connection against the wall. So anytime you put a towel or toilet paper on the hangers they move. I’m sure I could make them stay with some adjustments to the bracket but there is no reason I should have to do this for a new item.

Unfortunately these aren't worth it. For some reason the mounting plate will not secure and tighten down to the wall. If the mounting plate won't tighten close to the wall then of course the holder and towel rod will wiggle and jiggle all over the place.

We really like the towel hanger but toilet paper holder is a fail. It keeps getting loose. I had to order another toilet paper holder in same color.

Neither the towel rack nor the paper holder anchors tight. Towel rack turns down. Looks nice but not usable.

Looks great. Kinda of tricky to install and not the easiest instructions to follow. Seems pretty sturdy for what it needs to hold. Overall, I’m happy with it.

Great product! Easy to install, didn't need instructions. The toilet paper holder is wide enough to fit huge costco or sams mega rolls. Bronze finish is perfect. Happy with my purchase.

I just finished installing this (as you can see) and I absolutely love it. It fits a Costco mega roll 😁 Easy to install and there are no screws showing. BEAUTIFUL. I also love the fact it was only a two piece set as I needed it for my powder room.

They are a perfect colour and match. Not as sturdy as I thought but we were able to do that on our own
