I gave 5 stars for battery life, easy to use, value for your money, but it didn't work as well as expected, so this is why the product gets a 2. From all the best reviews I was expecting this to work great. This collar hardly ever worked when my dog would bark. Here and there it would work. I tried making sure it was tight enough. She didn't wear it all the time. I tried everything to hopefully get this to work. No luck.I called Amazon as there was a technical support number to call, but she was unable to help. I did try to give the bark collar and the company a chance. The number that was included for Amazon to call, they couldn't contact the company for further support. I had no other choice but to return the product. I do not recommend this bark collar. I ended up getting one with a remote since this one didn't work when the dog barked. Does not work as company suggests.

We have a maltipoo who picked up on some annoying barking habits from some other dogs and with having an infant in the house we wanted to break the habit and this collar and remote have been great to do so. The functionality of the sound, vibrate, and shock provide a great variety and range of discipline reinforcements. We don't need to use the shock very often as the vibrate and sound get our dogs attention very well. We have had other collars in the past that would cause our dog to be very timid right when it was put on him but this one doesn't seem to bother him as much and still acts and plays like normal with it on. The remote is lightweight but durable and the screen is very clear and bright. Would highly recommend to anyone who needs a little help with training their dog.

The collar as a whole is great it works for my dogs! But the actual collar part is a plastic material and is not easy to get on and off. It woulf be better to have a clip or somthing that makes for a quick release. Or instead of being made of plastic it could be made of nylon or somthing. I ended up taking that collar off the reciver and putting a differnt collar I already had on that has a quick relase. Other than that it works great!

I purchased two collars, one for each dog. They are sensitive to sound (snoring, burping). They work well, the battery lasts for days. It took no time at all for the dogs to learn that the tone meant "stop barking". Have been using the collars for about a month now and the house is quiet! One bark gets the tone and the tone quiets them immediately!

I purchased this product as a gift for my boyfriend. He is picky about appearances, so I was hoping it looked as good in person as it does on the product page, and I was not disappointed! Very sleek design.I picked this unit because it has so many great features - waterproof, 3 training modes (beep, vibrate, shock), 1000' remote range, and a 1 year product guarantee!As this was a gift, I have not tested it extensively, but I did verify that every feature works as it should. If I hear any different from the gift recipient, I will adjust my review accordingly, but so far I am very impressed with this training collar!

Using this to reinforce training on our Belgian Malinois. He's a talkative pup and doesn't have the best listening skills. He's doing really well responding to just the beep setting. We have had no reason to use the shock setting but wanted to have it in the event he ran out the front door or got too mouthy (since he is a shepherd breed) and wouldn't listen around a child. Unwanted barking has been halted by the occasional vibrate setting and now just having the collar on encourages quieter behavior. We have only been using it for about a week. We are extremely pleased with this purchase!

I have a 12 lb half Daschund, half Pomeranian who used to bark like crazy once I let him out in the back yard. I used this collar on a very light Shock for probably a few days and only once or twice and he decided he no longer needs to bark at every little thing anymore. I was ready to spend money on Training and now I don't have too. This really does work. Its adjustable to fit any size dog as well. I def recommend as I really don't even need to use it anymore after only a few weeks.

After reading through 60 reviews and looking at almost a dozen customer images, I thought this would be a great choice. HOWEVER, do not go by the beautiful customer images of a box containing chargers, collar and a remote control. THERE IS NO REMOTE. In questions and answers supplied by the vendor, it says it only comes with one remote. Many reviews say that the remote is lightweight and durable. It is not only lightweight, it is invisible as it does not come with the item. The box containing the collar is 2 3/4" x 3 1/2" x 2". Not the larger box you see in the photos with all of the accessories. I called Amazon and they said the vendor changes the product from time to time and sometimes you get the remote and sometimes you don't. Hmmmmm??? I asked how we were supposed to know and shouldn't we trust the photos and reviews? Apparently not according to Amazon.....I hope I can save others that fell for this the same way I did.
