Paesanol Extra Virgin Oil Olive Unfiltered 16.9 Fl Oz

I cook and bake extensively, an am an avid sourdough baker. Unfiltered olive oil is a must have for me, not only for cooking and baking, but for maintaining my extensive cast iron cookware and clay baker collections. After experiencing quality concerns with the oil brand I had been using, I tried this Paesanol Extra Virgin Unfiltered Oil Olive.It did not disappoint, and has exceeded all of my expectations. A wonderful consistency, flavor, and aroma. The pour opening on the lid allows for easy transfer to an olive oil cruet or condiment dispenser.The 101.4 fl oz container is an incredible value, too. I highly recommend this product.

This is the best olive oil. It's unfiltered therefore its more flavourful. Since it's unfiltered it's cloudy and this is perfectly natural.I used to buy this oil in a bottle with "organic" label. But it became way too expensive. This one isn't "organic" but it's seems exactly the same. The price is the right one.

This oil has great flavors. A beautiful green color with rich buttery, grassy and peppery flavors.

I am from Spain and I can quickly identify a good olive oil, not only for the flavor, but also for the smell, fruitness ....Paesano Organic Unfiltered oil is my staple in every salad, I have been purchasing it for the past 6 years and I am not changing. Love it!

Very good for the price and the availability. The flavor is very good, not as good as small batch local unfiltered olive oil, but very nice. We use it for salad dressing and drizzling on popcorn.

Wasn’t sure how many stars to give, as half the issues were with the product leaking all over (the screw cap was smashed and leaking oil), or the fact that the Amazon driver left it in the hot sun instead of on my porch as instructed. Amazon did give me a refund. In the past, this product usually arrives intact and the quality is excellent. I’ve been using it for years and buying thru Amazon since COVID as my local seller no longer carries it. It has a wonderful grassy essence and I use it for everything from sautéing to marinades and dressings to my favorite blood orange olive oil cake. I do recommend the oil, hopefully it’ll arrive undamaged and appropriately delivered next time. P.S. Just received another bottle, cap is smashed, but at least this one didn't leak.

If you haven’t tried this brand, you must . We love Italian food and have tried many, many different olive oils from different parts of Italy and this has to be one of the best ( if not the best). Highly recommend.

イタリア産のオリーブオイルでたっぷり入っていています。味も香りもよく、生食も出来ますが、炒めたりする時などほとんど使っています。遮光ガラス瓶入りなので変質の心配もありません。このオイルがメインだったので、在庫なしが続いているのが残念です。

味がかなり濃い。定期便でオーダーしてる

で、ホテルランチした際にパンと一緒にオリーブオイルが提供された。とても風味が良く、パンの引き立て役にバッチリ。早速家に帰ってきて、Amazonでぽちー！

ここ数年愛用しています。少々お高く感じますが、ノンフィルターではないEXバージンオイルの高価な小瓶をスーパーで購入するよりも、お買い得感があります。フルーティなのに爽やかで、心地よい苦みもあり、カンパーニュ等の甘みの少ないパンに、しみ込ませるようにたっぷりつけて食べるととてもおいしい☆（一緒につける塩は、カマルグのぺルルドセルが好きです）ただし収穫期を逃すと、酸化が進み別物のようになったオイルが届けられることがあり、そこがちょっと残念。今回（２月中旬）購入したものは、均一なグリーンで澱もなく、久しぶりにおいしくいただきました。
