oh my! this makes the perfect Croissants!what a simple little tool to make the perfect pastries! this si so simple to use, just roll on top of the dough and that is it! this is very nicely built and simple to wash too!

Cuts ok, though not as cleanly as I was expecting. Also, the size is very small and these don't seem like they match what we see in the product picture.

I thought that for this price I would be getting a cutter that makes maybe small to medium size croissants but this one makes extra small croissants. It is good quality sturdy and well-made either way.

Do not produce the expected results

This is a well constructed yet simple roller that will help reduce the time of making croissants. One thing to note, the roller is on the small side with about 3.5 inches across of cutting area, so it will yield slighter smaller croissants.The wooden handles are sturdy but a little small, but since the cutter does all the work, they’re still easy to hold onto and use the cutter. Made of stainless steel is a must have, which this product has. Overall this is a quality product.

While adorable, I am somewhat disappointed that the roller does not cut cleanly. Its very tiny so you will end up making 2" croissants. (My fault for looking at the pictures instead of reading dimensions) I will probably just continue hand cutting until I purchase a better product.
