Friho Lead-Free Commercial Two Handle Three-Hole Brushed Nickel Widespread Bathroom Faucet,Bathroom Vanity Sink Faucets with Drain Stopper and Water Hoses

Purchase these few days back and my plumber installed 2 sets on both the sinks in my vanity, All the connections were fine. however it started squirting water from under one sink as soon as the water was turned on. Found the problem with the manufacturing joint where the hose is attached to the faucet. Sent the video to the seller and Andy(seller) informed that they would send me a customer returned faucet and I could take the pipe out of that and put it in the leaky faucet.(Not good customer service). I asked the plumber and he mentioned that it is a factory fitting and was not in favor of that solution. Still waiting for the replacement.I can not use the other sink. Seems to be a quality issue.

Received product. Construction initially appeared sound, but package did not include appropriate connections for water supply. When I purchased the connections for the water supply, and installed as per the (incomplete) instructions, And turned on the water supply, there was a tremendous leak from the base of the faucet. Upon opening up the base of the faucet, I found that the connection between the water supply, and the faucet was basically an empty chamber, where there should have been a direct connection to the faucet spout. While outside appearances appears 30, this product is defective, and did not include the required parts necessary, the parts included did not function properly. Avoid at all costs

Leaked, awful, made our bathroom renovation a much longer ordeal than needed. We thought we were doing something wrong. My husband was so frustrated and angry. I finally called his dad and begged him to stop by to take a look. Sure enough, it was the faucet! A trip to a big box store an additional $100 later...we are in working order! BUT PAST THE RETURN WINDOW FOR THIS FAUCET!

Looks great, could not get the drain to seal properly. Just wouldn’t do it. Had to return it. Otherwise it looked great. I tried and tried even had someone else try. Just won’t sealProperly. The sink is a square porcelain sink with flat basin.

Looks good. I was a bit of a nuisance but customer service continued to work with me.
