Great savings over HP brand ink cartridges. Work just as well.

This is my third time buying these ink cartridges from Kingjet, and I have never had an issue. They work perfectly with my HP printer and are so much more affordable than the name brand cartridges. I highly recommend!

I have been using these for my $100 printer for years. They work great and my printer does not seem to mind them!

the yellow ink cartridge keep showing depleted even they are brand-new, I follow all step showed by printer and still show depleted and the message say damaged, I can't use the printer at this point on time. I want my money back please

This brand really stands behind their products. Initially a couple years Ago I had issues making the switch to 3rd party ink. The company graciously sent me basically double what I ordered in ink. What I had to do was basically run an entire thing of ink through in print head cleaning and just general printing. Within a couple days it cleared out the old HP ink and once it was nothing but Kingjet ink coming out of those print heads, it was off to the races.This prints just as nice if not nicer than HP ink, lasts just as long and for the price you can’t beat it.With 3rd party inks there’s so many variables. Some companies lock them out and sometimes companies will allow them but secretly push a firmware update to your printer and suddenly you can’t use third party ink anymore. That’s greedy companies for you. Maybe if they made reasonably priced ink we wouldn’t be in this situation in the first place.If you ever have an issue reach out to the company for help. Sometimes there’s situations where they may have sent the wrong type of chips that are in the ink cartridges. I’ve seen that happen before and they will get on it and get it taken care of. I really hope you give them a shot. They been good for us. And we print a lot. Enough to go through ink cartridges once every month or every other month.This definitely works with older HP printers, a lot of the newer printers now they don’t allow third-party ink which is really sad, so if you ever see an HP OfficeJet 8600 pro for sale or being given away somewhere, it is possible to just run some 90% or 100% isopropyl alcohol through the printhead, which is removable by the way, and let it sit overnight, and then just run some of the ink through it, and within a short period of time have a really nice printer up and running for extremely cheap.

Easy to install, but they don't work with the HP 8600 series printers. I have no idea how the people who have these printers allegedly got the ink to work, but I've aligned my printer heads twice, uninstalled and reinstalled the software, turned the printer off and on, and nothing. Horrible print. So I wasted money on this, but you get what you pay for. I'll go ahead and buy the name brand for a good quality guarantee!EDIT 11/24/19 - I reached out to the seller who was kind enough to discuss the situation with me. He did offer, and I accepted, a full refund. Unfortunately no matter what we tried we could not get the ink to work in my printer. For that, I will raise them to 3 stars.

So far, I regret going the cheap route. I couldn't wait for a Monday delivery of the HP cartridges and thought this much less expensive substitute would be great. I needed yellow immediately. It printed two copies of one page then stopped flowing! Everything was pink because the yellow didn't contribute and the old magenta dominated. I had to print one or two copies, stop, remove and shake the yellow, and print two more. I dread finding out what will happen when I use another color tomorrow. Never again will I be so quick to accept a "bargain." I made a mistake! I didn't peel the cellophane off the cartridge! That's what caused the problem. It really is a good buy!

The price of these seemed too good to be true, but they were definitely worth a try. They work just fine at a fraction of the cost. My HP 8610 had no issue accepting them - I just had to acknowledge buy the push of a button during installation, the they were not genuine HP. I am using these for general home use. The color seems fine and they print just the same. Admittedly, however, I am not printing photos or important documents or needing to match specific colors - so I can not speak to those, but if you just need basic color printing ink, give them a try! I am so happy I tried these! The savings is huge!
