Price may be a deal breaker
I'm 6' 2", 206lbs and a chest span of about 44".Have tried 3 different One-piece Sauna suits:1) Fighting Weight -- one piece sauna Suit XXL (my 1st)2) Kutting Weight -- one piece sauna suit (version 1.0) XXXL3) RAD -- one piece sauna suit XXLI've already reviewed the first one, which, along with Kutting weight were purchased here on Amazon. Bought RAD on eBay ( $5 cheaper there). Two others: "Authentic RDX Sauna suit" and "4Fit (aka ARD) Neoprene Sweat Sauna Suit" I'm yet to try. So, I cannot comment on them in terms of usage (only what I know from product description). But, the 4Fit (ARD) Neoprene Sweat Sauna Suit comes currently in 5XL, 6XL and Small. I inquired about this and was told they'd be restocking other sizes in about 2 weeks time.IMPRESSIONS:All 3 are made of DS neoprene. I believe the DS stands for Dry Suit. They all have that lingering rubbery neoprene smell. The more you wear and hand-wash it the more likely the smell will diminish.COLOR:All 3 are black in color.-- RAD sauna suit -- The stock photo seems to be (maybe it's the angle of the lighting) navy blue, but is actually black with red trims.-- Fighting weight & Kutting weight -- Both have black threading along their seams.Kutting Weight has a 1.0 all black version (with grey mesh arm pits and crotch area) and a 2.0 version that has a black-grey Lycra exterior with yellow stitch trims.-- RDX brand has 2 versions: An all black, and a black-blue combo.-- 4Fit Neoprene Sweat Shirt: Is all black with red mesh on arm pits and crotch areas.FLEXIBILITY:All advertise themselves to be made of "Extreme Flex grade Neoprene" that stretches and conforms to your movement. They do have some measure of "stretch" but this one piece suit shouldn't be used for extreme stretch based workouts like extreme Pilate, extreme Yoga and/or PIYO. Reason being that the butt area may not be able to withstand such stress without going beyond its elastic limit. This is when you'll start seeing a give/tear in the fabric at the lower rear area of the sauna suit. This happened to me with the Fighting Weight sauna suit, and I pointed that out in my Amazon review of that product. But knowing what I now know, I see that it's not exclusive to that said sauna suit. But one way to avoid this is to pull the shorts of the suit up high so that the inner thigh angle of the suit is as close to -- better yet, in close proximation with your inner thigh/crotch angle. Also, wearing compression shorts/tights underneath makes a world of difference too. And to the makers of these suits, they can add a "lag" in the fabric in these regions (arm pits and crotch area) which may also help.THICKNESS:All lay claim to being 3mm thick except for Kutting Weight which claim a thickness of 2.5mm. Now, I have no means of measuring empirically, but if I were asked, I'd say all of them are probably in that 2.5mm range as well.HEAT RETENTION:It's neoprene, so all of them will retain heat. The one caveat, which sets Kutting weight and 4Fit Neoprene Sweat Shirt apart from RAD and the others is the inclusion of breathable mesh material in the pits, and crotch region. If you're a male and worried about fertility issues based on the heat generated, then Kutting weight's mesh gives them that extra umph! factor. This is a direct hint to the RAD manufacturers -- if they're reading this. I haven't seen any other sauna suit that has this aside from these two I've mentioned.PRICE:This may turn out to be the deal breaker for many.1) Kutting Weight version 1.0: $79.992) Kutting Weight version 2.0: $99.003) RDX sauna suit: $71.744) Fighting Weight Suit: $61.795) 4Fit (ARD) Neoprene Sweat Shirt : $44.99 + $4.99 shipping6) RAD Sauna Sweat Suit:$44.00 (ebay) / $48.99 + $5.12 shipping (Amazon)DO THE MATHS:During your weight loss progression you'll find that you will drop a suit size as the fat melts off. Now if you were to use say a Kutting Weight version 2.0 for this, it will cost you $200 bucks for the 2 suits. Now if you were to go with the RAD sauna suit, you'd still be under $100 bucks for 2 suits.Think about that.OVERALL APPEARANCE:Now if your also about the aesthetics, and want to turn heads, or get nods of approval from the chicks and vice versa, then Kutting Weight version 2.0 is your suit of choice. It's a real looker! I'm sure those ones will definitely be flying off the shelves. But, if you don't give a damn, and all you want is something that holds in heat and makes you sweat, then anyone will do.FINALLY:3 reasons why you should wear an undergarment {compression shirt (short sleeve/long, or a plain T-shirt, compression tights (short, 3/4, or long) }:1) Sweat: Make no mistake, you will sweat profusely. This causes the suit to stick to your body such that you'll struggle just trying to get out of it.2) Stress tear: I mentioned this earlier. And compression tights help prevent this by allowing the suit to "glide" with minimal stress to the fabric.3) Skin Reaction: Some people may react to the neoprene material and may break out in small rashes (resolves within 24-48hrs). I have not experienced this while wearing the sauna suit, but did when I used a neoprene waist trimmer belt during workouts. Again, wearing a light T-shirt or compression shirt first before putting on the suit will prevent this.Well, I hope this helps anyone trying to make up his/her mind on which to go.PS: When choosing a size, take two sizes above your "normal" shirt size. If in the end it's bigger than what you need, then you can drop one size down.3/13/15 UPDATE: Just purchased the ARD (size: XL) one piece suit (ebay) and I uploaded a photo of the 3 sauna suits I now have. I stated earlier that my experience with ARD was limited because I didn't have it at the time of this review -- but now I do.It's honestly the closest thing to Kutting Weight in terms of having a breathable mesh. But it's overall quality -- though good, does not match those of Kutting Weight. Specifically, the finishing/thread trims is not as "sharp" as those on KW. A deal breaker? Not necessarily. But, you can't help but be impressed with the quality put into the Kutting Weight brand. To correct an earlier impression: I said you should go 2 sizes above your normal shirt/clothing size; rather just go one size up. I purchased a 3XL size which was 2 sizes above my XL and had to return it for a better fitting 2XL.UPDATE: 5/28/15I did mention that Kutting Weight version 2.0 is a real looker. Was sent one by the company and .... Wow! Seeing it in the real AND donning it on, I think I didn't emphasis it enough. So, when I say it's a looker, I mean IT IS a looker. Was sent a 2XL and I put it on clipped my pedometer in place and did a targeted 10,000 step walk (equals 5 miles) in the midday sun. I got A LOT of complimentary head nods and over the shoulder glances of approval from just about every female walking, jogging or biking the same bike trail I was on. I felt my chest puff out as I sauntered briskly with renewed confidence. I cannot over trumpet the "eye catchery" of this new version. The overall finishing and threading is far and away superior to the competing brands. So it's no overstatement when I say that it has that "designer wear" look about it.Anyway, I got to about 8,000 steps on the pedometer, so I decided to mow some lawn. By the time I was through I'd hit about 13,000 steps. Boy, was I sweating. After a 30 minute break, I felt the need to really put this new suit through some real stress test. And so I did INSANITY workout. The cardio was not my primary goal at this juncture, but rather to see how the suit held up when doing the pre and post -workout stretch. I'd also pointed out in the earlier part of the review that the sauna suits (regardless of brand) may develop stress tears in the butt region during extreme stretch exercises. I also said that wearing compression shorts/tights and shirts (any sleeveless or short sleeve kind will do) will help counter this (can't emphasis it enough). Now this new version held up AMAZINGLY well. Did not feel as overly snug as version 1.0. I'm suspecting this may be due to the extensive breathable mesh used in the groin area ( previous edition has smaller mesh area). And I was truly impressed by this because whether it was deep squats, lunges, Pilates, yoga ...it held up with absolutely no feeling of fabric strain in that region..I definitely recommend this version over the previous all black (with grey mesh) version 1.0..... And, oh, did I mention it looks great as well?

Effective
I received my suit yesterday and immediately tried it on. The fit was snug but the size chart was correct. Worked out with it on and within 10 minutes I felt the sweat beads on my back. By the time I was done (1hr) I was gross and sweaty like I usually do after the sauna. Proceeded to the sauna for a 20 minute sweat and only lasted 14 minutes because I was over heating. 3lbs in a 24hr period? Not bad but it's probably water weight.Keep in mind that this suit is no substitute for good eating habits, adequate rest and proper workout discipline.

This suit does the job! But, watch the sizing!!!
I do love this suit, but sizing is tricky. I ordered the medium, initially, based on the sizing chart and gave myself a bit of wiggle room. I'm 5'8, about 130 lbs (I didn't get this suit to lose weight, by the way. Only to sweat out grime now and then!) and it was way too big. The exchange to a size small was flawless through the company and Amazon ( I got my new suit in 2 days - Thank you PRIME!). The small fit just fine in the legs and hips, but it is still a bit too big in the chest and around the arms. However, I still sweat the grime out quite easily. I'm used to the fit of triathlon wet suits, so I may be using that as an unfair reference, in terms of sizing. I would have exchanged for extra small, but I think it would have been too tight in the legs. I wear mine over a sports bra and underwear and I wear sweat pants over it, along with a hooded sweat shirt to really turn the heat up. Please hydrate after use, right away. It may add the ounce or two back into your body, but you will feel better after. It truly heats you up and you will feel it for hours after. It's awesome. It will, additionally, rev up your metabolism if you follow your work out or use of the suit with 20-30 grams of protein.I contacted the manufacturer and it's not suppose to fit like a wet suit. They recommend giving your self a bit of room to allow motion during your workout. So, given that, the xsmall might have been too tight. Enjoy! Happy workout!Update 8/31/2016After speaking with the representative from Kutting Weight and trying on the small suit, I exchanged it for an XSmall (arrived today) after all. Whereas the rep told me it shouldn't fit like a wet suit, due to the fact that this is NOT UNISEX, this suit fits better slightly tighter for women. The suits run very long in the torso and wide in the chest. If a woman is large busted, your typical size may be just fine, however, you may still find it long and too large in the upper body. The XSmall fits a bit snug in the legs and hip, however this doesn't make it uncomfortable. I ended up pulling slightly down in the upper portion of the suit and folding over in the area of my sports bra, to make the torso shorter. This works out okay and is tolerable. Because this suit really does the job, in terms of heating up the body and raising your temps, I've decided to go with the work around and keep it. I encourage you to turn the suit inside out and run your fingers over the seams to detect rough finishing stitches. I've had to trim some of the hard-wax like ends that poke when wearing the suit.Again, I'm a 5'8 130 lbs. female relatively long in the torso and in the legs and I went from ordering a medium to a small, then to an Xsmall. I look forward to Kutting Weight actually, making a woman's sized full suit, instead of this proclaimed unisex suit. By the way, Amazon Prime has been AWESOME throughout this entire process.

Early days, but a good piece of kit.
As my age has increased, so has my waist size. I'm very active. eat very little, however I have people running around me for exercise. As I've got older, I've stopped running (i used to run 8 miles a day) and taken up Mountain biking. So as I am used to doing around 20 miles a day, I'd thought, I could increase my metabolic burn rate by wearing one of these. Well it arrived pretty nifty. Its exactly like a short sleeve wetsuit, other than fabric inserts at the armpits and crouch areas so as to those areas to breath. Easy to put on and it was no problem wearing it under a pair of trousers and t shirt. Yes It did make me look bulky, but who cares what I looked like.Worn this while mountain biking a couple of times, the last ion a really hot sunny day. I ensured I hydrated well, but tell you what, you can really feel the heat escaping, when you pull the collar a little. I cycled around 21 miles over a period of 2 and 1/2 hours. No issues while wearing the suit. No rubbing, or chaffing. The only issue was a little restriction in movement, but that is only too be expected. At the time , I didn't feel any worse for wear. But then I do train on a regular basis.Next day, felt a little dehydrated, and my legs arched a little. But all in all most impressed. will update as I go along.

Comfortable works perfect.
Fits comfortable, you really do start feeling the heat, and sweat with in a few minutes of wearing this. Just below the arm pits, where the seams are joined, a tiny bit of discomfit kind of shape and scratchy, once wearing for a few minutes it's unnoticeable. But other than that works perfectly. Just be carful when training in it that you don't suffer heat exhaustion and fatigue. As it will come round quickly.
