Good sound if they fit your ears
I bought these because I couldn't find an affordable replacement for the original Sony MDR-ED12LP earphones that I've loved so much for so long. The sound with those was great, in my opinion, with more than satisfying deep bass response and a full, wide sound-stage. Unfortunately, one or both channels always failed after a few years. These MDR-E11LP phones sound similar to the 12's, but since I no longer have a working pair, I can't compare them directly. They don't fit in my ears nearly as well as the 12's since they lack the uniquely shaped hard rubber cover that made them so comfortable and reliably fitting. With the 11's, I have to constantly push, twist, and turn to get them to fit deeper into my ears and to deliver decent bass for a few minutes, until they come loose or fall out. If they fit your ears better than mine, you might be quite pleased with their sound.

Pretty Good for Exercise
I got these ear buds (as an alternative to inner-ear headphones) to use at the gym, and I've been really happy with how well they stay put in my ears. I've accidentally snagged the cords a few times, and they're still holding up. However, I am a little concerned with how thin the cords feel. Hopefully they won't break. Oh, and these headphones sound pretty good too, though not stellar (as to be expected for the price).

I like these. I really like these. Great sound spectrum. Large diaphragm. The seller was prompt. The delivery was intact. The manner was impressive.

Don’t buy, they don’t work
None of these worked. Either no sound at all, or right channel only. Since other earbuds work for my iPod, I’m pretty sure it’s the earbuds. I’m very disappointed, because these used to be awesome earbuds.

sound like my old Sony's that finally quit working. Have the new technology ear bud wireless for my iPhone as well but like to use my old mini iPod and these work great.
