Not too impressed with this strap. Performs okay, but I did not seem to get the benefits that others may have for loosening up my spinal column. One handle started to tear when I tried to apply more pressure. Might work for some, not for me...

The white plastic part is designed to grip your upper bottom (never your spine as wrongly shown on the packaging, at least according to my PT). It works fine, but bits of the plastic flake off. It did this more when brand new, but hasn't completely stopped yet and I've been using it frequently for several months now. Apart from this, I like this devise, although I would LOVE it if the handles were a bit more comfortable.

Purchased this for my husband at his physical therapist's recommendation. He is putting off spinal fusion surgery. He said this strap gives him the most relief of anything he does - inversion table, physical therapy, acupuncture, etc.

These work much better than using a towel. Using these have cut my visits to the Chiropractor to less that half. My wife loves it also.

This strap works! The materials are durable and it is designed well. Don't forget, you have to actually use it, for it to work. Seriously, think if this will end up hanging from a hook in your house?
