Add some good Andouille sausage and you can buy the rice at the local Chinese take out and ANYONE can make as good as Red Beans and Rice dinner as you'd get in NOLA.. Glad I can just order them from Amazon... carrying them back on the plane is not fun..

As good as any restaurant
As good as any restaurant. I was able to find some Jones Farm New Orleans style Cajun sausage in the local grocery store and it was like being back in NOLA...

Best canned red beans EVER.. We love Monday night red beans and rice night. These are the only beans that come close to what you can get in New Orleans .
