These are the best PJ bottoms ever!I am revising my review. These were so great, that I bought them 2 more times in XL. They were loose and roomy and extremely comfortable and the quality was better than any other flannel PJ bottoms I'd seen. See photo.... that is how they used to fit. I ordered them once again, 3 pairs for my daughter and myself and the recipe has changed! They are tighter and lower. It is like they decided to find a way to skimp on fabric and they are no longer comfortable and loose fitting. Same fabric.

I have a chronic pain illness and was searching for REAL flannel PJ's. Read the reviews and this was IT!! Inseam pockets to boot! Soft flannel, even after washing, detail at the hem, great elastic at waist and a nice bird print on the white. I am 5'7" amd underweight and bought a M, so to fit a splint underneath. Very generous cut. Without splint and rubbing worries, XS would have done it. Did not noticeably shrink. Also a little long, but shrank a little lengthwise on cool cycle dry. Recommended to others in support group.Will definitely buy more as I can't stand the synthetic fleece things and these are absorbent if the "sweats" start in my sleep. A real gift.

Pants are very well crafted and good, sturdy, quality material. Very warm and comfy. However, anyone who says it runs small and to buy up... was not correct in my opinion. Everyone who says they run long, are correct. I am 5'2" 135 and normally wear medium. I bought large bc several reviews said to buy one size up saying it shrinks after wash. My pair HARDLY shrank (if at all) after wash. So now I have two extremely baggy pj's. Just go by the size chart. And if you're 5'2" or shorter... don't even bother buying unless you're a seamstress. Pants are at least 3-4 inches too long. Gotta roll into a cuff to prevent them from dragging.

These medium sized p.j. bottoms fit exactly the way they should ... for my body type. I am 5'7" tall and weigh 140 lbs. and "small boned". They are the perfect length (I have 4 pairs) and the waist fits just right around the elastic middle without pulling the drawstring. If you are shorter than 5'5"--- these will definitely be too long --- unless you roll them up. If you are my height and weigh over 145 lbs., then I'm going to guess that these bottoms will be a little too tight in the waistline and beyond that weight --- you might be uncomfortable and should go with the large size. I washed them before I wore them the first time. I only put them in the dryer for about 5 minutes on very low heat just to get the wrinkles out to ensure they wouldn't shrink. I then put them on a hanger to finish drying. They may look a little "stiff" when you take them off the hanger but once you put them on... they are extremely soft and snuggly! Nice heavy flannel and the colors are vibrant.

Pretty, feminine sleep pant. I ordered M, although S might have worked, at least before wash and dry. The pant is very soft, warm and comfy. But. BUT... they SHRINK with wash and dry. I like a roomy loose easy fit for sleeping, nothing tight or binding. Before wash and dry, these fill that bill. After wash and dry, the PJ pant is closer to a size S than a size M! Tighter around the waist, through leg and thigh and a bit shorter. Please order with this in mind. After wash and dry, the cotton also beads up. Not sure if a dryer sheet might help. Not bad for the price.

I just received my order for the two-pack in gray leopard, and pink/gray pindots. I ordered a large, and I think they are true-to-size. I'm about 5'4" and about 185 :(I read a lot of reviews and all the questions/answers before I ordered. Some said these lounge pants were hip-huggers, but most said they came to the waist. I did NOT want hip-huggers, but that's what I received. Not to say that there is a choice, because there is not, but for my two pair in my size/colors, they are definitely hip-huggers.I do like the fabric, colors and overall fit, so I'll just live with them being hip-huggers. Maybe other colors/sizes DO come to the waist, but that piece of information is not in the description of the ones I ordered. If you're concerned, you might want to give them a call.When I first opened the package, I saw and felt a dark brown, denim type of fabric, so I was pretty sure I was going to have to return something. It turned out to be a cute little drawstring pouch that the lounge pants were tucked into! Nice little "extra" that you don't usually get anywhere else. There was a cute pair of fuzzy pink socks in there too, with non-slip soles, as a "free gift." I like free!

I've had the same pair of flannel pj's for over 15 years...they finally were so worn out and thin that they gave out and ripped along the seat. I took a chance on these as replacements for my favorite pair of lounge pants. I couldn't be happier! At $15, the price is right. They are cute (I got the blue starry night pattern) and are soft, cozy and roomy. I am 5'3" and 120lbs. I bought a medium and they fit comfortably roomy, but not too big. Just how you'd want a pair of lounge pants to fit. They are a tad bit long, but then again, I'm short. So the length doesn't bother me at all. They have pockets, which is a plus. I loved them so much I bought a pair for my sister the same day that I got them in the mail. I wish they had more patterns to choose from. Some of the other patterns aren't so cute. But I'm definitely going to be buying more of these!

Nice soft material but stomach and rear areas are small.
