I love this one. It's a little bit on the pricey side, but for me the investment was totally worth it! Perfect grip in all kinds of Yoga classes, from Vinyasa to Bikram or Hot Yoga. Thank you so much for making this amazing product Lotuscrafts! It improves my practice a lot :-)

It's only fair that because of the very expensive nature of this yoga mat, that I go through pro's and cons of it. So here goes:CONS:-Quite literally you could knock someone out with the weight of this, especially as its wider than most. It's a whopping 2.5kg in weight (NOT including the box) and by god that's heavy in a yoga mat. I wouldn't fancy carrying that a long way to a yoga class! This is compared to 3 existing yoga mats I have that are both approx 128kg, So thats pretty much double the weight. For that reason I found it unwieldy, even rolling out and rolling up was hard work. I normally stand up and sort of fling it out. There was no way I could do that without rolling it out on the floor. And then if it wasn't quite in the right place it was awkward to move.Also have to say the colour just isn't nice. I ordered the cornflower, thinking it would be a lovely pale blue, but its actually primer grey, so they really should change the listing to grey. In fact I notice they only offer 3 colours, all of which are dull and I personally like a bright yoga mat.It comes in a box (I wondered what an earth it was because it was so heavy!! yes, I'm harping on about the weight because it's noticeably very heavy and awkward to carry - mind I'm only 8.5 stone in weight, but bearing in mind i have to carry my 24kg dog upstairs at night as he can't make it up any more and cries all night downstairs by himself, so I actually don't consider myself that weedy!). I guess thats why it doesn't come with a carry strap, as it wouldn't take the weight.It also does smell rubbery, it's not overly strong but telling you just in case that annoys you. Personally it doesn't bother me.Unlike most yoga mats though (that have a waffle type texture) this is completely smooth, but feels really COLD to lie on. I'd never even considered this in my other yoga mats but this did bother me as I was doing Yoga with Adriene at home in just in my t-shirt, and I had to run upstairs and get leggings.It's very prone to finger prints as well, which are a nightmare to get off. So you don't want to be using any natural products like shea butter, cocao butter or coconut oil before you use it ... trust me on this.It's EXPENSIVE, expensive, expensive! I've been doing yoga for 7 -8 year now and this is the 4th yoga mat I've reviewed in the last year and i can tell you all the other ones were around the £20 mark. Two of those were suitable for beginners and perfectly usable. One of them was quite frankly the best yoga mat (no odour at all, eco friendly and tacky, tacky tacky, not to mention half the weight) and priced at £21.99 on Amazon, so you do not need to spend £60 plus on a yoga mat.PROS:-Its wider and longer than most yoga mats I've tried.It's definitely sticky and tacky so didn't suffer any slip (the mat did bunch up a bit)So to sum up, sadly there are way more cons than pros on this one. It's definitely a good yoga mat ...sticky being the prime thing people judge by, as long as you a) don't care about how HEAVY it is, or b) have money to burn.If money is tight, there are definitely some lighter weight, sticky and excellent yoga mats out there at £20-£30.Personally I couldn't recommend because of the weight and price.I struggled with whether to give this 2 or 3 stars, it should be 2 because there were just too many cons versus pro's, but went for 3 because its nice and tacky.Hope anyone reading found it helpful.

I'm a bit in love with this yoga mat. I've been doing yoga for just over a year and a half now and I've come to appreciate a good none slip mat and how important they are. my teacher is lovely and will let me borrow her's when I struggle on my own mat. I'm loving now very none slip this mat is even when my hands are all sweaty and stuff, my hands dont move and either do my feet which has really helped to stabilise me during my yoga practice.Take note of the care instructions on the yoga box thou, this isn't an easy mat to clean and care for and by that I mean it's not one you can just wash down with soap or bung in a washer. Their are instructions thou on the box to help you care for your mat.Also oil's can be an issue, if you have oily skin this can actually stain the mat as well. anything requiring your forehead touching the mat runs the risk of oily transfer along with your normal sweat so I would recommend using a yoga towel under your head to avoid this.The mat comes in a box and is nicely trapped in some kind of patterned paper for that is ALL you will get, no carry straps or bands to keep the mat rolled up which I was very surprised and disappointed in. I've had to buy a separate yoga mat bag for it to be stored in when not in use.This mat also picks up grit and dirt VERY easily, I would highly recommend making sure your yoga space is clean before unrolling it. don't use this mat around heavy pet area's or on carpets that haven't been hovered for a day or two.I'm a heavy set person myself and suffer with bruised shin's, I've found thicker mat's are better on my shins but when it comes to balancing I need a thinner mat so finding a balance between the two has been difficult. HOWEVER this mat is proving to be very comfortable to work on and I've not has much pain when doing anything that requires me to kneel or sit on my legs for which I am grateful.Having said al over the above I do really like this yoga mat allot and I can se it standing me in good stead for quite some time.

This yoga mat is an excellent competitor for the mats provided by Liforme but if you were to get this mat you are making a 30% or so saving. Comparing the two there is really very little to choose from between the two. It is an excellent mat. Truly great quality. Even though it is only 0.4cm thick you wouldn't know it. It's super soft and feels great on any surface. I tend to use it on the wooden floor and it grips well. The mats length is 183 cm which is around 6ft in length. As a 6ft2 guy i don't find it too small length ways. Maybe a little width ways. I am a broad set man though with wide shoulders.I really love the fact that the mat does not contain ecologically harmful PVC, AZOs (solvents), plasticisers etc. An eco friendly mat is something we should all be looking at considering the sheer numbers of yoga mats which are being crafted right now.There is only the one negative to this mat, and again it's being compared to the market leader liforme mat and that is the lack of markings, on the liforme mat you can really get a good idea of where to put your hands/feet/legs due to the markings. I wish this mat had those too.Overall i would say this mat looks expensive from the outset but once you get into it and you see the benefits it has from a cheaper version you will realise you made the right choice. 5* from this household and definitely recommended.

Es hat lange gedauert, bis ich mich dazu entschlossen hatte, diese Matte zu bestellen, da ich mir eigentlich geschworen hatte, nur noch Matten zu kaufen, die ich direkt vor Ort testen kann - war schon öfter enttäuscht von bestellten Matten. Da ich selber unterrichte und viel praktiziere (Ashtanga und Vinyasa Flow), sind meine Anforderungen an eine Yogamatte hoch und ein guter Grip ist für mich essenziell.Ich bin sehr glücklich mit meiner Entscheidung! Ich rutsche weder mit trockenen noch schwitzigen Händen/Füßen auf der Matte, die Oberfläche ist super angenehm und dazu sieht sie noch richtig schön aus (habe Aubergine gewählt). Jetzt hoff ich nur noch, dass der doch etwas strenge Geruch mit der Zeit verfliegt (deshalb nur 4 Sterne) und die Abnutzung nicht so hoch ist (war bei mir bisher immer das Problem)...Für jeden, der noch zögert: ich kann die Matte wärmstens empfehlen! :)

Danke!Die Matte ist super rutschfest – mit trockenen oder nassen Händen, echt TOP TOP TOP!ABER:Der Geruch ist so bestialisch... nach Plastik und "Fisch"... das hält meine Nase leider gar nicht aus. :(Auch von der Dicke der Matte bin ich enttäuscht. Sie ist doch etwas hart, vor allem, wenn man über den Rücken rollen muss oder ein Knie länger abstellen muss, etc.Aus diesen Gründen ging sie leider wieder retour.Und ich suche weiter nach der richtigen Yogamatte für mich. *seufz*

Ich habe mich nach intensiver Nutzung nun zu einer ausführlichen Bewertung entschlossen und hoffe dass es den Unentschlossenen unter Ihnen weiterhelfen kann.Ich habe die Matte mittlerweile ein halbes Jahr in regelmäßiger Nutzung, ca. 3mal die Woche bis teilweise auch täglich. Selbst bei kurzen Einheiten lohnt sich das aus- und einrollen. Ich hab vorher ein halbes Jahr ohne Matte Yoga gemacht und finde dass die Matte trotz des nicht ganz günstigen Preises jeden Euro wert ist. Ohne Matte habe ich es heute für eine kurze 10minütige Einheit aus Faulheit mal wieder probiert und gleich bereut, mit Matte ist es doch selbst bei leichten Einheiten wesentlich angenehmer. Ich hatte mir damals zwei Matten zum Vergleich bestellt, einmal diese etwas hochpreisigere (nach Empfehlung auf Instagram) und eine andere aus der Kategorie „Preis/Leistung“ die hier auch sehr gut bewertet wurde für die Hälfte des Preises dieser Matte (es handelte sich um das Modell „YAWHO Yogamatte hochwertige TPE ist Rutschfest ECO Freundlichen Material Das SGS Zertifiziert Maße: 183 cm X 66 cm Höhe 0.6 cm, Design Hilfslinien“).Beim Ausprobieren war schnell klar dass diese Matte klar überlegen ist.Die Vorteile (auch gegenüber der günstigeren Konkurrenz):+ Matte rutscht Null auf dem Boden+ Hände/Füße rutschen nicht auf der Matte ab+ Matte ist nicht zu dick (ich persönlich empfinde ein „einsinken“ der Hände unangenehm und belastender für die Gelenke)+hochwertige Verarbeitungo an den oft beschriebenen Geruch kann ich mich nicht mehr erinnern, falls er da war nehme ich ihn mittlerweile jedenfalls nicht mehr war/stelle keinen unangenehmen Geruch fest- Dadurch dass die Matte dünner als meine getestete Konkurrenz war mag (sehr selten!) mal das Knie ungemütlich aufliegen bei gewissen Haltungen, aber für mich ist das absolut im Rahmen, im Zweifelsfall würde ich empfehlen dann eben ein Kissen unterzulegen und dafür ansonsten eine Matte mit gutem Grip zu haben!Für mich ist hier ganz klar der Mehrpreis auch des Produktes wert und wenn man sich überlegt wie oft man so eine Matte vielleicht benutzen wird...rentiert sich das ganze ja mit jeder Nutzung. Wer lieber eine dicke Matte hat mag mit dem Konkurrenzprodukt besser bedient sein, auch wenn mir dort die Matte auch mal etwas gerutscht ist!FAZIT: Matte rutscht nicht auf dem Boden und ich nicht auf der Matte, genauso wie ich es haben will. Qualität hat wohl meist auch ihren Preis.

Ho acquistato questo tappetino nelle versione melenzana. Quando l'ho aperto ho subito notato che il tappetino era difettato: il colore non era omogeneo, presentava delle bande chiare e portava impresso sulla parte davanti le scalanature della parte posteriore. Contattato il venditore per chiarimenti mi hanno risposto che sapevano già che i tappetini melanzana avevano tutti questo problema. Nonostante ciò si sono rifiutati di cambiarlo. Effettuato reso. Mi chiedo come mai sia tutt'ora in vendita.

Prodotto di qualità. Finalmente ho trovato un tappetino dove non scivolo! Ottima aderenza a terra e sul tappeto. L'odore quasi non si sente e a me personalmente non dà fastidio! L'ho preso dopo tante ricerche, é in caucciù, quindi naturale! Lo consiglio tantissimo

Ich habe die Matte seit etwa 4 Wochen und bin sehr glücklich damit. Super rutschfest – sowohl auf dem Boden als auch in den Asanas. Selbst bei schweißtreibenden Yoga Stilen super sicher. Die Farben sind wunderbar (meine ist grün) und ein echter Hingucker!Durch den Naturkautschuk ist die Matte super saugfähig und bleibt auch bei schwitzigen Händen rutschfest. Wer schnell schwitzt – nicht erschrecken: Wasser- oder Schweißtropfen hinterlassen (erst mal) Spuren auf der Matte. Aber keine Sorge, die verschwinden wieder sobald die Matte abtrocknet. Nach dem Yoga einfach die Matte ein wenig offen liegen lassen und später ohne Spuren wegpacken. :)JA, die Matte hat zu Beginn einen starken Eigengeruch, der für den einen oder anderen sicher auch störend sein kann. ABER man sollte nicht vergessen, dass man sich hier eine NATURKAUTSCHUK MATTE zulegt. Mir persönlich ist es sehr viel lieber den Geruch von "Bio-Gummi" in Kauf zu nehmen, als auf einer chemisch aufbereiteten Matte zu stehen. UND der Geruch lässt definitiv mit der Zeit nach (wenn auch nicht in 2 oder 3 Stunden). Mit ein bisschen Geduld was den Geruch angeht wird mit dieser Matte sicher jeder Yoga Freund glücklich und sicher durch die Asanas gehen. Jederzeit gerne wieder.

Eigentlich wirklich schöne Matte. Rutschfestigkeit absolut spitze.Aber Schweiß und Hautfett hinterlassen hässliche Flecken.Stellenweise verschwinden diese nach einiger Zeit wieder (wenn auch nicht restlos). Dort wo mein Kopf war ist jetzt noch der Fleck. Nach 20 Stunden. Lässt sich auch mit Wasser nicht wegwischen. Wirkt irgendwie schmuddelig und unhygienisch.Ich übe morgens und abends. Ich möchte mir gar nicht vorstellen wie die Matte nach einer Woche aussieht.Ich werde sie zurück schicken

Nach 4 Mal Yoga mit der neuen Matte bin ich leider am überlegen ob ich sie nicht zurück schicken soll. Die Matte ist eigentlich toll weil sie nicht rutscht. Allerdings sieht man alles drauf. Wenn ich nur meine Stirn beim Anahatasana oder in der Kindshaltung ablege, obwohl ich meine Haut davor gar nicht eingecremt habe und eher sehr trockene Haut habe sieht man sofort Abdrücke und Flecken auf der Matte. Genauso wenn man leicht schwitzt. Dazu bleibt alles auf der Matte kleben. Egal ob Haare, Staub etc. Das ist wirklich Schade.

Inzwischen habe ich ein hübsches Sammelsurium an Yoga-Matten zu Hause. Die Lotuscraft Pure ist definitiv die Matte, die am rutschfestesten ist. Das gilt sowohl für die Haftung Matte zu Boden als auch Hände zu Matte. Diese Matte ist schwer. Für den Transport ist das nicht so angenehm, aber durch das Eigengewicht und das spezielle Material liegt sie wirklich satt auf dem Boden an. Da rollt nichts hoch. Der Geruch ist anfangs etwas fies, verfliegt aber nach einer Weile. Das Material ist gewöhnungsbedürftig, es ist irgendwie gummiartig, sado-maso lässt grüssen. ;-) Aber es funktioniert! Dass die Matte etwas breiter ist als normal ist mir egal. Die Dicke ist für mich genau richtig, aber das ist ja Geschmackssache. Für den Preis hätte ich mir wenigstens ein Bändchen zum Zusammenhalten gewünscht.

Pratico vinyasa krama e spesso si suda e il grip non é mai abbastanza. Questo tappetino é sorprendente, ha superato ogni aspettativa. Cercavo un grip eccellente su materiale ecológico, estéticamente piacevole. Questo é un prodotto di altissima qualità, vale tutti i soldi spesi. É pesante e bello solido, adatto alla pratica in studio o a casa, un po' meno per viaggiare. Colori molto belli, dettagli curati.

Antideslizante si! Pero si es verdad que muy delicada para limpiar. Yo tengo la otra que también es de caucho natural de la misma marca por más de una año y sigue nueva... Fácil de limpiar y tampoco resbala... Lo bueno de este nuevo modelo es que es un poquito más ancha

ich habe die Matte seit einer Woche in Gebrauch und bin ganz glücklich, dass ich sie gefunden habe. Die Farbe gefällt mir sehr gut (aubergine), die Stärke der Matte ist ausreichend und wenn es mal zu hart ist für's Knie, kann man sich sowieso eine Decke unter legen. Für zu Hause oder für's Studio prima, aber zu schwer, um sie mit auf Reisen zu nehmen. Dazu habe ich aber auch eine ganz dünne Reisematte. die Rutschfestigkeit ist der eigentliche und für mich entscheidende Punkt, warum ich so glücklich bin: es rutscht nichts! es macht einfach Spaß, auf der Matte zu praktizieren.Der Geruch - ok, der ist am Anfang recht streng und wenn man mit der Nase auf der Matte liegt, auch als unangenehm zu bezeichnen. Aber wenn die Matte offen liegen bleibt und nicht aufgerollt wird, dann ist der Geruch nach 1 Woche schon deutlich reduziert und ich bin sicher, dass er irgendwann ganz verschwindet.Ich kann die Matte guten Gewissens empfehlen.

Indican que es muy fácil de limpiar con vinagre de manzana diluido. Después de primer uso he tenido manchas que nos se quitan después de limpiar,parte que es muy larga a secar .He escrito preguntado si esto es normal, la repuesta es la siguiente:Cualquier cremas de mano o de sudor no desaparecerán incluso después de la limpieza. No estoy muy feliz ,nueva y manchada.....Es la primera que no se puede limpiar, en el anuncio se decia muy facil de cuidar,,jaja si te gusta manchada es perfecta.......

Pratico vinyasa yoga e trovo questo tappetino davvero ottimo. La tenuta è eccellente sia da asciutto che quando si suda, e la superficie liscia lo rendono particolarmente gradevole al tatto.Meglio pulirlo dopo ogni utilizzo altrimenti rimangono macchie ed aloni, ma si pulisce facilmente anche solo con un panno di microfibra umido.

Die Matte selbst hält, was sie verspricht.Leider hatte sie eine kleine Macke, das hätte man als Hersteller vor dem Versand überprüfen können, gerade bei dem Preis.Was mich aber wirklich geärgert hat: Ich kaufe extra eine Matte aus Naturkautschuk, die 100% biologisch abbaubar ist. Diese Matte kommt dann zweifach verpackt: einmal Papier, einmal Plastik. Das ist absolut unnötig und inkonsequent. Es ist eine Yogamatte und keine Reiswaffel. Dasselbe gilt für den dazu passenden Yoga-Gurt.
