Product works great once you get the wifi setup to work correctly. Sometimes it resets or needs to be reinstalled I notice, but all my programmable lighting in app works with Siri, Google Assistant, and I'm sure it would work with Alexa if I tried, I simply don't use Alexa~ I turned these lights on from Siri via wifi, miles away from the location while facetiming/on security cameras to see it in action, works quickly and efficiently!

The kids kept misplacing the remote for the "dumb" LED strip in the game room. With this and Alexa the remote is no longer needed.Knowing how to connect your smart devices to Alexa beforehand will help with hassle free setup.For me I had everything up and running in just a few minutes.

It advertised having a splitter but upon open the product, i was fazed by the deceiving lie that there was no splitter.

IT WONT CONNECT TO MY ROUTER

This works great with Alexa and the app. We don't even use the remote. I replaced the 44key remote with this one an sit is great.

Original one was faulty and they quickly got me another one fast. Super customer service!
