Snowdonia Cheese Company Beechwood x 2 200g

My son brought me back a wheel when he visited Wales. It's slightly soft which makes it a brilliant accompaniment to crackers of all varieties. The cheese has a full bodied flavour. Whilst this review is for the Bomber, the other offerings are equally as good. Theses are now my favourite cheeses for an end to a meal or just a midday snack. A little pricey, but it's worth it.

I like the extra mature of the cheese and its creamy with it a lovely taste

A repeat Christmas gift which will remain scrumptious throughout the first part of the New Year. If you haven’t tasted Black Bomber yet you’re in for a delicious treat when you do !

Wonderful taste

Arrived safe and well packed, we put them straight in the fridge. Opened one the next day, they are covered in a wax. After taking the wax off. You can cut the cheese, it’s cheddar with a hint of brandy and port . It’s nice on cheese biscuits , but you would not eat to much. We wrapped the rest of the cheese back up in the wax , and put in a bag. You get three cheeses and a very good use by date. Would recommend if you want something different.
