Cheap but powerful and durable
I bought this laptop for my friend as a gift. Although it is not expensive, it outperforms than I expected. I would highly recommend to people who have tight budget but want to buy a powerful laptop to deal with daily work.

Not happy.
It worked fine for a week then would not turn on. The power cord was good. The battery was replaced but it still didn't work. I was not happy. I returned it.

Not worth trying to save money.
Can't give a zero rating . . . The product was defective from the moment I turned it on. Tech support was impossible. Tried fixes to no avail. Received less than 100% refund for non-working product. Wish I had a better experience to share. Long story short, went to Costco for a new computer and am very happy follow a extremely disappointing Amazon seller experience.
