Yogamatters Ocean Flower Eye Pillow

Seller responded quickly to my question re size of eye pillow, which is now in description.This is a nice eye pillow with 250g weight.... 50g more than average pillows. I wanted something heavier as I have recently been reading above stimulating the Vagus nerve (google it) and apparently if you put slight pressure for short periods of time on the eyeballs it will stimulate the vagus nerve, plus slight pressure on eyeballs is also very relaxing and I think slows down heartbeat slightly.All this info I found by accident just googling anxiety/depression, in case it’s of interest to anyone.I do find the weight of this pillow puts a nice soft pressure on my eyeballs and after just 5 minutes I felt very relaxed.

Fab little eye pillow for yoga or relaxation.Purchased after reading the below review re Vagus nerve stimulation as suffer regular neuralgia & tension headaches. Most eye pillows do not offer the ‘heavier’ filler so was very pleasant to experience a ‘deeper’ relaxation.

if you want this for something like restorative yoga meditation its perfect. Does smell of Lavender too. will loose most of scent over time unless you keep it in a plastic bag

Love my eye pillow, nice colour and material, scent is ok. It’s great to have a zip so I can easily remove the cover for washing it.

The covering material is thick and coarse so not a nice feeling on the face.Slight unpleasant odour despite leaving for two weeks to freshen

This was exactly what I wanted, I can take the inner part out and sprinkle with lavender for yoga. Fabulous
