Old world quality but poor sales department
Old school quality. Looks like it will last generations. Steel is thick and finish is great (smooth corners, real wood handles) not like most of things these days. Packaged very well also. Unfortunately, it arrived missing a burner and instructions are in unknown to me language. Due to these reasons, I wasn't able to use it and left wondering how well it would perform. Looks like it would smoke a lot. Not sure how one is supposed to get roasted beans out - maybe shake them out through input hole, but now the whole unit is hot and there is a risk of getting burned.

Quality quality quality!
First i bought this Roaster from ebay cause was a lot cheaper and second haven’t used it. Im waiting for the beans to arrive can’t wait. So why give a review if haven’t used it yet you ask, well the quality. Yes the quality is superb, almost everything is made of stainless steel the nuts, the hooper, the scoop, chaff holder even the drum and not a cheap ripoff stainless steel you get when you buy a trash bin, it’s heavy good looking. Seems like i have a collectible time machine in the kitchen.after I have done some coffee roasting i will update this review.Update: Made my first roast yesterday and it wasn’t tired at all. The rotation mechanism is super easy. Even though it’s manual twelve minutes(12-13min forgot stop timer) pass in a blink of an eye. I used green coffee beans from Peru and stop roasting at second crack. The beans turn out great with the dark color I was looking and oily. I let them rest for 24hr and try the first cup of espresso, the flavor was good but not great so there is a learning curve in the process. I had been reading that some coffee beans need more time resting to get the desire flavor. Also remember to buy a glove cause it get really hot.Cheers!
