[DISCONTINUED] Line 6 Uber Metal Module

Originally I bought this & did not realize it was merely a module & requires the Tone Dock pedal to operate. What honked me off was that Amazon doesn't have the Tone Dock in stock & there's nothing stating when & if they'll get anymore in. SO I went online looking for one & found a place that had some Tone Docks left in stock.Plugging them in worked great & the tone? OMG! Balls to the wall! There's three settings the first is like gives you more of a Hair Metal Band sound. It's reminiscent of my Ibanez LA Metal pedal. The second setting is very much like the Boss Metal Zone sound because it's right in your face. The last setting is what they label 'insane' but really it's just a tweaked up bit of the second setting.The equalizer works nice & gives you a lot of varying tones to play with.I give this pedal a 5 out of 5 rating because it delivers.

Shipping was good not same color as described overall it was okay. It was a Christmas gift they were satisfied with the item

Well i have been using the uber medal pedal for over 5 years, i stand by it as my main distortion, and i have a mesa triple rec, and a ibanez solid state and i drive them both with the uber, i use it for home recordings, studio, live with my band (Silence Of Versailles), i trust this thing to drive my tone everywhere i go and i wont use anything else!! i have used almost every distortion stomp box out there and the uber by far is the best sounding drive pedal ever!!!!!! throw it on with a suppressor and a compressor and you got urself a djenty yet saturated grinding sound!! perfection in a box!!! thank you Line6 and Amazon for helping me to fuel my obsession with guitar tones!!

This pedal delivers! I am not typicly a fan of Line 6 having tried their amps and multi effects. but I tried this distortion and it was exactly what I wanted. It was a strong harmonic distortion that had punch. the noise gate was super useful and the design allows many different sounds/distortionsA great buy

I had an extra Pedal, 2 Echo Parks, so I saw this "Uber Metal" module at such a low price, I said I have nothing to loose! And it's an amazing distortion to my surprise!

Finally got this and as expected it sounds great. Used it in front of and after the Zoom MS-100BT and was very surprised at how well they worked together. Whatever you do make sure you have a good power supply since the battery doesn't last very long, lol. I also have the Constrictor and Otto Filter and learned they don't last on batteries.This thing sounds great all by itself into the AUX input of a Spider Jam playing with an Epiphone Special II with a fresh set of D'addario 9's.

The price was right and the shipping was free, what more can you really ask for in an online purchase!!! Line-6 makes great gear and the Uber Metal is HARD CORE, chances are if you are looking at getting one of these you probably know more or less what you are looking at. Superb shred city, distortion from mild to wild!
