YouTube provided the disassembly guide to get access to the original battery. This battery now extends the laptop to about 3 hours use. Good value.

This product does what it's supposed to do, but I couldn't get the laptop to actually use it. At first it wouldn't detect it, but even after it detected it, it won't use it as a power source. Not blaming the product, but I don't know what the issue is.

Battery was a direct fit, with no issues what-so-ever. Battery arrived promptly, and was well package. The price was higher than others, but the reviews and the quality of the battery was well worth the extra $$.Definitely recommend.

My old battery only lasted about 3 minutes after plugged in. The replacement worked great for about 2 months. Now my computer dies as soon as it is unplugged and won't start without being plugged in. Reinstalled battery drivers, still nothing. Wouldn't buy this brand again.

I installed it on my dad's computer and it worked great. It even came fully charged which is a good thing. Although I would suggest getting some tools first before attempting to disassemble the computer, because the battery is beneath the keyboard.

Currently trying out the replacement battery, it doesn't seem to last quite as long as the first one did in those first weeks using it. But it's actually holding a charge at all so I'll give it a try. If this one lasts more than a few weeks, I'll change my review.
