Physionics Weight Bench+30kg Dumbbell +60kg Barbell, 7-position backrest,4-position leg press

Excellent bench, very sturdy and large enough. All items within boxes, no screws or bolts missing. All the screws and bolts come loose within the box which is the only downside because I almost binned a few which had got into plastic bags etc. takes some time to build, but worth it because it's so strong. The bench it's self is easily changed for bicep curls or leg attachments. Also a dips feature at the back of the bench. Still waiting on weights but the bench came within 2 days of purchase. I would highly recommend this bench for anyone looking for a cheaper but quality option because some are totally overpriced. Overall very happy

First of all - overall this product is good value for money. the amount of weights you get, with the barbell and the bench all add up to a shrewd purchase. but there are a few things to bear in mind:good points:1 - the bench is sturdy2 - the whole package is very good value for moneysome things to consider:1 - i actually find the fly attachments quite useless, removing them and using the bench to do flys with dumbells is much more effective.2 - the preacher gets in the way a bit, but it's good for usage, i find it easiest to remove it and re-add it when i use it (which only takes a few seconds3 - it came in 5 seperate packages through 3 different couriers, they all came on the same day so it was fine for me, but be prepared for this.4 - the instructions aren't overly straight forward, but i had no major difficulty, just make sure you have a ratchet for securing the nylocks5 - the dumbell comes in 3 parts, 2 parts slotting in to the main bar, then secured by 3 metal pins. it does feel sturdy and i have had plenty of weight on it and at no point has it felt anything but secure.overall, it is a good purchase. despite the fact i don't use the fly attachments, it is a great economic answer to a home gym.

I am very happy with this product,goods came a few days apart but it was all in the timescale agreed.very robust product takes quite a few hours to assemble but worth it.

Some boxes battered on arrival and a couple of weights were damaged but replacements were dealt with after numerous emails back and forth and received replacements in good time thereafter. The boxes all came separately over a period of just over a week, the larger box of them all was extremely damaged and when son put item together on Xmas day, he found there was many missing parts ie nuts, bolts and tube ends Which I'm still to request replacements for if I can figure out the part numbers for them all and so my son had to improvise to get the item finished. The instructions were quite difficult to figure out initially but once got going with it it became easier to understand. My son is happy with the bench overall now it is together (tho not properly until missing parts are replaced) and has no problems with the way it feels in use, so other than a few mishaps the bench is great.

Prompt delivery, easy to assemble and it is worth every penny.

Came very quickly it was delivered by 3 separate drivers on the same day in a total of about 4 boxes which was no real hassle as they were straight after each other.firstly putting this together took a fair amount of time the instructions are not the best but its not the most difficult thing to figure out.the weight bench its self is very nice and is exactly as they described the weights are plastic with sand in them but are to a high qualityI would definitely recommend this to anyone

Amazed at how many parts arrived - ended up with 5 separate boxes. Builds to a really great piece of kit, good quality too made spending that bit extra worthwhile, having read many on line reports for similar equipment. Double check contents as I was slowed down building it all by a whole set of nuts missing for a bundle of bolts.

half bits missing so can’t put it together wouldn’t buy this at all
