I am a basketball coach and wanted my girls and boys teams to have proper technique. I would teach them how but they would always fall back to their bad habits. This has helped with them with handling the ball, spreading their fingers and shooting technique.

My son didn't like the product because it was rather tight around his little fingers. It did help him with his shooting technique for the short duration worn.
