I used their size computation as described and ordered a sleeve. It was two sizes too small. I re-ordered two sizes larger than the recommended computation and it worked fine. I returned the one that was too small.

This does give support for a while, but they do stretch out and slip down, or get sweaty and hard to get off cause it sticks to you. But if you put it over you pants it helps hold it in place

Needed this to help hold my knee in place. I have severe knee problems. I bought this thinking it would help hold my knee from moving out of place.. the brace seemed made nice .but it doesn't. Have any strength to it it is just a sleeve. I thought it had support after wearing it a few minutes it slipped down. Can't stay in place. Thought about a smaller size but my knees are swollen and these were big braces. No problem with the company or seller just wish I would have known before my purchase.

As a plus size gal. Even tho I measured properly, it is still cutting into my skin. Especially behind my knee, the breathable mesh is just all bunched up and making me very uncomfortable. Unfortunately, I have had the toughest time finding a knee brace that works for me and I will have to return this one.

I have patella tendonitis, and my doctor recommended I get a sleeve with a hole in the middle. In the past I've had nothing but trouble with sleeves, they always slide down my legs. I'm 6'2 350 lbs and my thighs are 27 inches at their thickest, so I got the 3x that's between 25 and 27 in, and it fits perfect!I'm at work, and it isn't sliding down at all! I'm about to buy another one for my other leg, definitely recommend this sleeve!

I ordered the 5x and it goes on comfortably, it was the right size because it was snug as I pulled to the proper place. However when I walk with each step it moves down my leg. It will not stay in place at all. I’ll be returning this item for a refund.

I tweaked my knee and felt I needed some support so that I wouldn't fall down if it slipped out. I feel more confident walking around the house and outside. It fits under my jeans and the only uncomfortable thing is when I sit and have my knee bent, it gathers at the back of my knee. Of course, it does because the knee is bent so I understand that. Otherwise, it is doing the job I wanted done.

It’s a comfortable knee brace … easy to put on… can’t tell if you have it on under your clothing…

THIS IS DEFINITELY NOT AS ADVERTISED. FOR LARGE SIZE LEGS?? REALLY, ** NOT **. I COULDNT PUT MINE ON OVER THE ANKLES. ENDED UP BUYING AN ADJUSTABLE ONE WITH STRAPS.
