Excellent Book. Very informative. Lovely recipes. Explained very well. I Highly Recommend this Book.

Low fodmap well presented , traffic light system for food ranges, but too much to take in for me
Found this a bit hard to apply. It suggests eating certain food and provides recipes but since I have allergies to some of the ingredients, it would not work well for me.I keep trying to get into this book but keep giving up. I Cannot see myself adapting this method .
