Love the diamond microdermabrasion. I've been getting it at the dermatologist and having to do it at home saved me a lot of money. I am getting similar results as at office. Really worth the investment. Hope the suction stays strong.

It turned out to be a great addition to my beauty regime once I located a youtube video to help me figure out how to assemble and use. The user manual is 6-8 pages and does not have good instructions. I've seen reviews of the same model and their product came with two manuals and one was thick, more than 6-8 pages. I don't even know how to clean the diamond heads. Knowing how this significant and I haven't found any you tube videos to help with this.

Package was delivered 12/23/18. Early Christmas present, yay me. I opened the box, it was packaged nicely. Great instructions, cute little caring case. I wash and dry my face so that I can get started because I’m super excited to use this life changing device. I plug it in, and hit the power button but NOTHING HAPPENS. It doesn’t work! I leave it plugged in because I’m thinking it’s brand new and might need a second to gain some power. Nope. Just flat out doesn’t work. I will be returning ASAP!

Used the machine right after receiving. But it didn't work. It was unable to turn it on. It ddin't work for the price. Compared this one from different company on amazon, the price is more higher than other one. I thought the quality will be better made than the other one. But it was not. Cheaper Made completely.

I am still learning to use all the options. I have used it weekly and I am seeing differences in my skin. Will continue using it.

It does work to take off the dead skin and blemishes and tighten it up. My face looks clear and brighter.

I love the pinkish glow it leaves after each use. It is definitely effective at removing dead skin cells and blemishes. I see visible improvement-even skin tone and smoother skin. The set up was easy.
