Not at all what was shown / described
I ordered another orchid from your company previously so I took a chance be cause your description noted that you had resolved prior issues. I made a BIG mistake.What I received was nowhere close to the picture or description of the plant I ordered. It was small and puny with not a single flower. It does have some buds but they are nowhere close to blooming. I should have gone with the Amazon's Choice white orchid instead. For the same price I could have gotten what I paid for.

Horribly embarrassed
Plant arrived with brown leaves and almost completely dead. I sent it to a friend going through chemo. I am mortified that it arrived in such condition. She is so sweet, that she didn't want to return it, and she has committed to reviving it.Amazon should be ashamed.
