I love this product & have ordered it several times using the “order it again” option. It is pretty expensive, but in the past, the order has ALWAYS been a small box with 4-1oz tubes, marked with a sticker saying “sold as a set do not sell individually”. This time, it was ONE 1oz tube for $13!!! Can you say, “Ripped Off”? This isn’t right & I’ll never order it again….

I was very disappointed because the Burt's Bees Lavender and Honey hand cream is advertised as a one once tube with a pack of 4 for $10.99. which is about $2.75 per once. I only received one tube with my orders and after several attempts to get the correct number of tubes that I paid for, I am returning all of it. I am very frustrated and disappointed. This is false advertisement and a waste of my time to return the items.

I had no idea that Burt's Bees made this little purse size hand cream. I instantly fell in love with it and found it on Amazon (thank goodness). It is a very high quality hand cream made with lavender oils so it has a divine fragrance and is richly emollient, guaranteed to instantly moisturize the driest skin and perfectly sized for even small purses. A little goes a very long way.

Mixed feelings here. As a cream, I’m not disappointed in its performance. I really wanted this particular cream because I love rosemary and lemon. However, the scent is not up to my expectations. I will use the cream as it is good, but I won’t purchase this scent.

Wonderful balance of aromas that are not overpowering or too faint. Applies like a cream and nourishes well! My only complaint is that it is only sold as hand cream and not in larger amounts as body cream!

this product is particularly effective in softening skin on my hands.I wash my hands frequently throughout the day and am pleased with the way my hands feel after applying Burt's Bees Shea Butter hand creme.I have recommended it to others.
