This is the best probiotic supplement I had ever used. Good results!

This probiotics seems to work for me, helps with having calm stomuch. I particularly have one if i eat outside. If you eat warm home food, cooked freshly and is less spicy, you won't need probiotics often If you eat outside often, then you may need probiotics to keep the balance of good and bad bacteria. Please check with a Dr. before prescribing yourself anything. I checked with my dr and they recommend to eat home made curd for natural solution and prescribed Darolac probiotic capsule (only if required). I tried this product on my own and it worked.

Since the time i have started these probiotics my ibs system has reduce dramatically

Benefits > helped me in maintaining my ibs. But when I had a severe one, I didn't proved to be much of help > it only has one strain and only 50mg of prebiotics which isn't enough to maintain healthy digestive system. At best it'll only help in minor bloating and gas issues. >5 of my capsules had dotted brown and black frozen powder in them which caused me adverse effects such as diarrhoea and upset stomach. > in those 5 capsules the bacteria was long dead. > there's no way the product justifies the price tag of 999. The potency and strains shouldn't cost more then mere 600 or 500. > not buying it again unless the company sells it in a reasonable price.

Amazing product. Helps in improvising the immune system and digestion system. Would really recommend frehers to use it.

Nice to get some good bacteria & helps to keep you digestive system clean, using for some time and its helping as prescribed, may be some or other time its doesnt work but its good to use & keeps ur immune system healthy,

Seems good. Will only know how effective it is after a few weeks, as it is a nutritional supplement.
