A L'Olivier Garlic & Thyme Infused Extra Virgin Olive Oil, 8.3 fl oz

Not since I "discovered" herbes de Provence on a 1973 trip to France, before they were widely available in this country, have I brought back a find such as this. This herb-infused oil has character and delicious taste. Though the herbes de Provence oil and pesto oil products are good, garlic & thyme is exceptional. The cans I have purchased on Amazon are as good as those purchased in France, and I save the air fare by ordering on the internet. If you use this oil judiciously, it will up your culinary results several levels. Use in salads, rubs, sauteing and anywhere else you would use olive oil. Though I tend to use plain oil and then season each recipe according to its needs, this blend is a fantastic base on which to work.

Good infusion, tasty

The infusion is supposed to give a better flavor than adding the seasonings. That is debatable and I do not think it is worth the high price.

This stuff is GREAT! I love it. Worth the extra cost and time waiting to receive in mail. Have ordered multiple times.

I wish I could buy this by the gallon. The herb de Provence is lovely as well

The garlic/thyme infused olive oil is a terrific product great in eggs, salad, toast, pasta, fish, chicken). I originally bought this from a market in Paris. I then ordered it off of Amazon, the seller shipped the wrong item, lemon from Nice. I’ve tried to contact them to get it replaced, rather than posting a review. Hoping this will get resolved soon.
