Could not install
Price was good, shipped immediately, everything looked perfect, but this did not install (would not screw in). It appears exactly like the longer factory Jeep antenna but this shorter one for some reason would not install. It would not screw down no matter what I did. Had to reinstall original factory one, which went right back on. Bummer.

Quick Install
Great product! This antenna was actually better than the OEM. Used to hit the garage but with this one not no more. Easy in and out of the garage and installation was quick.

had to replace my 7" due to the garage height. this is the perfect solution. looks like stock and i still get reception. don't waste your money on a parts store generic antenna because it probably won't work with the threads.

Did not fit.
This item did not fit my 2017/18 Jeep Compass. Wish it had as it looks well made and would have looked good on my Jeep. Good Day...

Perfect
Original broke on my Jeep went with the 3.2 inch and is a much cleaner look. Just keep in mind that you will loose some signal with it being a short antenna. This didn’t bother me as I do not really use the radio but use Bluetooth instead.

Works fine but can't remove it
The signal reception works fine and is even shorter than expected, which is even better. However, once I tightened it I noticed I should have used one of the other provided rubber washers but then I couldn't remove the antenna as it would not unscrew. The rubber casing must have detached and lost its grip with the screw. Hopefully I never need to replace it again.

Short Antenna
I bought this antenna to replace a longer 8" antenna on my car. The longer antenna interfered with the roof rack and a shorter antenna made sense. The antenna installed just fine but teh radio reception was also "shortened". I ended up installing the longer original version to have better reception.
