以前安物を買ったら失敗したので、今回は少しお値段は張りますが評判のいいこちらの商品を購入しました。音楽を聞くことはもちろん、電話の通話もハンズフリーですべて可能です。ラジオも聞けます。海外製品なので取説が英語と中国語だったけど、HPに日本語の取説がダウンロードできるようになっていたのでそちらで困ることはありませんでした。

注文して直ぐに届きました。ピンクを購入しました。ケースも可愛く、とても気に入りました。完全ワイヤレスで不安がありましたが、形状と付け心地がとても良く、耳かけ部分が自分の耳の形に合うように形を作れるので、とても使いやすいです。何より音質がとても良いのに驚きました。

I bought this product over a month ago and returned it for a refund a few weeks ago. I experienced too many problems to use these earbuds no matter how good the original concept was. I purchased them originally because I really liked the flex wire design and hard carrying case with charging features. The touch controls also seemed like a nice, handy addition.The first issue I encountered was that one earbud was in English and one in Chinese. The quick start guide had nothing about how to change the language, but after reading Jabees' comment to a fellow reviewer regarding the language change, I was able to change the language on one of the earbuds. I did so by doubling tapping on both earbuds. However, this is poorly designed because you can factory reset the earbuds by holding the touch controls so I did this very often by accident. Every time you factory reset the earbuds, however, the language also gets reset, so I found myself always having to change the language back to English.Also mentioned in the previous paragraph, the touch controls are very finicky. While holding or setting down the earbuds, I always end up triggering a random touch control unintentionally. The charging case also needs to have a button pressed to be charged. Sometimes, if you are in a rush you may forget to press this button and the next time you use the headphones, they will not have charge.After connecting both earbuds to each other (with the left / right channel prompts) as shown in the video Jabees made to pair, I paired them to my phone. I played a test video and ONLY the right earbud was playing music. I did a factory reset and the problem persisted. I then tried a new approach (as I have worked with many TWS earbuds before). I first paired the left earbud to my iPhone and then turned on the right earbud to pair it to the left earbud and my phone. This actually worked and allowed me to listen to both earbuds at a time. However, now even after solving both issues when listening to music or a video on my phone, the right earbud has a constant static and a factory reset has not solved this. The static continues when I am playing sound or when there is no sound being played.I contacted the seller with these problems and they claimed they would send a replacement after I sent the product back to Amazon. I returned it, but they never sent a replacement or replied to any other emails.
