I wasn't satisfied with this purchase and I'm a pretty go with the flow kind of guy. I could figure out assembly instructions with no problem (despite the lack of thorough instructions) and the hutch looks nice once completed but here comes the big BUT. The advertised dimensions were a foot longer than what arrived, so it was quite a bit SMALLER than expected. A whole square foot smaller all around. And I'm only disappointed because it was ADVERTISED to be bigger, and since the dimensions on the box are clearly different from what Amazon listed on the product here it's kind of like lying. Or a lot like lying. And the product was not third party, it was directly from Amazon. Just not cool, Amazon. I would've gladly searched for and purchased something else more size appropriate if I had known I wouldn't be able to put this to use. It is nice looking and arrived with all the pieces. But instead of being able to give it to my niece as a birthday gift to keep her rabbits (2) in I'm currently trying to resell it on craigslist at a discounted price so I can maybe find something that will actually be useful to her. This product is big enough for a guinea pig, one or maybe two small ones at the most. This was much too expensive for as small and misadvertised as it is. It would be nice if Amazon would refund a partial price for misinforming customers of the true dimensions and holding capacity of this very small animal hutch. Just genuinely disappointed in Amazon. A nice surprise for my niece's birthday is now a bit more of a hassle and will leave her 'empty handed' from what I wanted to truly give her. Don't worry though, I'm only venting here and not to her. I just wish I could've given here what I had hoped was going to be a cool gift, instead of trying to sell it at half price on Craigslist.

Even though measurements are given, there is very little room inside the hutch for an animal. We wanted to house one chicken that was being attacked by the flock, and there is barely room for her to move around. We had to build a run onto the house. This size is for a miniature bunny or something smaller.

The building came in 1 box which was nice. It went together relatively fast and easy, just picture direction. Only problem I had was the barrel bolt for the door was broken and wood piece that holds up clean out tray was broken. I didn't realize when I purchased this item it also doesn't have a door for the house part to lock in animals for the night.

Everything else was good and easy to install, except two broken parts, I needed to buy a wooden glue, glued together and wait, before I was able to work on it.

Super super small endless you have hamsters and only 1 of them then this might work for you but there is absolutely no room for them to move around in here especially if you have more than 1 .

Fairly easy to assemble and very cute but not all that sturdy for the money.

Roof pieces didn’t come with wood all around as shown in the picture. Drilling holes were not marked accurately so they did not line up with other pieces. One of the front latches came broken off.

Well built and perfect for the chicks. In a few more days they will get up the ramp too. I think it will accommodate one full grown hen but by then they will be in general population in the big house.
