I've tried some other creatine products and had lot's of digestive issues. I'm 54 years old and tolerate this very well, Old School products have been my go to the last 3 years... I’ve purchased this at least 4 times, I think it’s the better of the ones I love purchased in the past. It doesn’t have any taste, no jitters after you take it and if you take it after your workout, it helps recover faster and maintain your energy. It doesn’t break a the way down, so you have to shake it as you drink it, if not it can have a bit of a sandy texture.

Not much to say, high quality creatine that dissolves easy, has no bloating and works. Old School generally provides a solid product lineup from their pre-workouts to everything in between. Really though, it's hard to mess up creatine. I've been a bodybuilder for over a decade and recently started back on creatine. Don't bother with the 'fancier' creatines like Kre-Alkalyn or hydrochloride, they are gimmicks at best. It does take a good 30 days for your muscles to really absorb the creatine, even taking 3-4 servings a day, but it works. Creatine is one of the most tested compounds and you notice it; after about 3 weeks I noticed my lifts were easier, (able to push more weight/reps and increase my speed) my muscle endurance increased and my muscles were fuller. I don't know why I stopped, but I'm sticking with it as part of my daily regiment. Also there's evidence to suggest creatine lowers blood pressure, and I've noticed my resting heart rate has dropped pretty significantly in just under 2 months. Only 'complaint' is it's slightly pricey if you're using 4x scoops a day, but after the first 30 days you should only need to take 1 serving to keep creatine levels high.

What can’t you say good about @oldschoollabs, I still haven’t been able to find one, like every product I’ve tried the same with this one, no fillers no proprietary blends, the #classic line of products are single ingredient products, the bare essentials, and only the best high quality ingredients. Creatine is the single most studied sports supplement in existence, and many of us need it without even knowing it. Creatine is a naturally occurring essential part of our diet, it helps us retain vitamins and minerals, helps us build new and repair damaged muscle cells. Take me for instance, until recently I ate mostly a diet of lean white meats chicken being the biggest of that, almost every day if not every day I ate chicken, well creatine is found in red meats and pink fish, so if you eat a lot of white fish and chicken and rarely eat red or pink meats then you absolutely need to supplement creatine. If your not like that then it can still benefit you, 5g a day will make the world of difference in your progress, and your training. Back to #OSL and there #classiccreatine it’s unflavored and for once I find a supplement that’s “unflavored” that doesn’t taste like dog shit 😂 seriously you just add a scoop to whatever your drinking 1x a day and it’s that easy, I mix mine with my preworkout ( #vintageblast ) every morning, and it’s working great. You really can’t go wrong with @oldschoollabs all of there supplements are top notch and amazing try for yourself!

This creatine is good in my stomach. I was not tolerating creatine lately till I found this one. Highly recommended.

This arrives well sealed with both a protective tear-off top, and then a heat-shrink plastic outer seal too. The packaging is clearly labelled, although unfortunately the UK distributor sticks a UK-compliant product information on that, although it lays out the nutritional information in a UK-market compliant format, does unfortunately hide the actual dosage information! The dosage information is very clear however once you peel off the UK sticker. The powder itself is impossible to know the purity/efficacy of without access to lab testing, but it is dry with no clumping. It mixes and dissolves almost instantly with water, and has no discernible taste or bitterness. I also found that it didn't add a 'grittiness' that some creatine powders do and may be a little more fine in texture. Overall I think this is good value, and only wish that (a) it came with some assurance as to lab testing under Informed Sport or some other body and (b) that the UK distributor adds clear dosing information to the UK-market sticker if they're going to obscure the dosing information given on the manufacturer packaging.

Ok but went all clumpy after a few days. Only used dry scooper so not sure why it happened.
