Great idea but nowhere to buy “no bake” cake mix.
Haven’t been able to find “no bake” recipes for this. Thinking of letting my daughter starts using it with play doh so can at least pretend.

Hard to use
My son is really into baking and things of the sort. It was difficult to operate this and I may need to use a different recipe for our cake pops. The concept is neat, but the reality of it was sort of difficult.

Fun time baking for 9 year old
This was a present for our niece, she is 9 y/o and loved it! We started making the cake pop’s right away and the instructions are written up well.Adult assistance is recommended or else the supplied ingredients would provably all be opened up immediately and mixed together into a fun big ol cake ball. For whats expected, the supplied ingredients make good tasting cake balls, and you can buy additional ingredients when all ones supplied are used up.Hope your children enjoy this as much as my niece did.

Cheap poorly designed junk.
Would give zero stars If I could. Daughter got it for Christmas. Very disappointing present. It did not come with any recipes. You can use a no bake recipe from online, as those are designed to be balled up, and won't flow into the mould. So I found one recipe on the "unsafe" rated website the instructions direct you to. It uses gelatin to solidify the cake mix. Ok. Mixed it up. First problem. The recipe makes enough for about 20 cake pops. It comes with one mould for 4 cake pops. The rest of the battery will be junk by the time the first 4 set. 2nd problem, the plunger has way too much clearance and half the batter just goes past it and get above the plunger. Making a mess. Lucky I have a real cake pop maker she can play with. But how do you tell you daughter a Christmas present she got us useless junk?

Who designed this?
There are many awful toys out there, but this one "takes the cake" and therefore I had to warn others not to bother. There is no good way to make an edible cake pop without baking, but I tried to humor my 6 yr old as she got this as a gift. My favorite part was the "more recipes" link in the instructions led you to a page on the website that provided a copy of the instructions with the same link LOL! With my daughter's permission, the entire thing went into the trash.

can’t bake with it, no bake recipes doesn’t use molds
Cute idea, but uses no bake recipes which does not need this setup at all (you can roll the no bake batter with your hands, this kit is to pipe batter into a mold). FYI you cannot bake with this. I wish I read reviews before buying! Shucks.
