Very easy to setup. I have used this for my son's smart watch and got a new number. The instructions are super easy to follow.

I used was supposed to use it for my son's smartwatch but it didn't work. I was able to make a test call just once and after that it just showed no signal (red circle). Couldn't make a call nor receive calls. I went outside and other areas, still no signal. I am tired of contacting customer service. Still didn't work even if they reset it. I couldn't set the time of the watch and date properly because the smart watch app is needed to make those settings, and it couldn't connect because it says there was no signal. It was also such a pain just activating it. They require a debit/credit card when you activate so they could charge you monthly automatically, and they didn't accept the debit card immediately, you had to fill out this manual form to send it to them and then they will unlock that card # . Waste of my $5 which isn't even worth returning.

Got it the next morning and it was brought to my front door. No better service than that. In the future I can go online and refill the SIMS 30 day service and I don’t have to have a hassle of buying a new service card every month. This took care of all my needs for my daughter’s smart watch with one quick button and and a few hours wait. I now can keep track of my daughter in our busy neighborhood and know which friends house she is at. Her friend group travels the neighborhood from house to house and us parents have to search the street to find them if we need them. Not me anymore..thanks to this service available on her smart watch and its GPS tracking.

Did not work on the watches but put it in a old phone and worked didn't realize it was going to renew every month

This product was very convenient it came with different size SIM card depending on your needs also a great affordable plan for your kids smartwatch and many other devices

This was a waste of my time in my money.Basically you spent five dollars on a preloaded card and it only gets you one conversation. It didn't last very long.The games are boring and you continuously have to pay for the card to be uploaded again and you can't even understand the customer service when you call in and try to get help

This would have been perfect if it worked in my area. I looked at the service area map and called before purchasing to ensure it would work in my area. However, it did not work in my area but did in another town 45 minutes away! Lol. The price was great and the service would have been perfect for my son's smart watch.

purchased an old smartwatch for my 9yr old. no service provider was able to sell me a 2G sim card. i purchased this sim card and it actually worked. the only thing is, you get a US tel # and i'm in Canda. but none the less, it still works. the connection is pretty good too.

Terrible product! Doesn’t even activate!!

Despite other reviews saying it worked in Canada, it doesnt. First off, you need an american card to activate the card, theres no option to chose a different country. I got around that by using a prepaid credit card. They said first month was free, I was charged $25CAD. I installed the card in the watch properly and not a single bar. Wasnt the easiest to cancel the plan after it was activated.

My daughter hasn't signed up with it as yet but had a hard time getting it into the slot in the watch.
