This product does provide relief for all different needs. I've used this product for my joint pains, I'm a nurse and use it on my feet and hands. My son uses it on his knees due to strain when playing sports and my husband uses it for shoulder pain after lifting weights. Its only downfall is that it is a bit pricey, 4 ounces for $20.

I will give 4 stars until I try both products. I am saying this because I received: 1 - 12 fl oz bottle of Real Time Pain Relief Therapeutic Hand cream; 1 -1.5 oz tube of the same product; and 15 - 0.1 oz single use packets of Real Time Pain Relief - Pain Relief Lotion. The bottle and the tube both have the active ingredient Trolamine Salicylate 10.0%. This is the ingredient I was looking to try and the reason why I ordered these. The packets do not contain Trolamina Salicylate, but Menthol 1.25%. I noticed because I opened one of them and applied it to my hands and I immediately noticed the tingling and coldness of the menthol. I will update the review when I try the other two. Scent of the packet product is OK, a little "mediciny" but good. Also, the bottle comes with a regular cap and a pump you can exchange.

So grateful to have been introduced to this high quality natural product from my doctor for my rheumatoid arthritis. This is truly the best on the market, and it really delivers instant results. I apply it twice daily. My word of mouth has my network of friends and family already using the line of Real Time products.
