I was interested in losing weight, toning up and improving mobility. I did some research on Whole Body Vibration (WBV) but did not want to fork out £1000s on something I did not know would work and that could weigh a ton.I then stumbled upon this Roneyville Ultra Compact Vibration plate, and with the low price and weight, I figured it was worth trying.I use the machine for 20 minutes minimum daily, 5 days a week and I've have actually started seeing results already.In fact I like this machine so much I've just bought one for the mother in law too who has suffered years of lower back pain due to arthritis and she now swears by this little gem. I cannot recommend this plate highly enough.

Much better than strenuous exercising. I am a 76 year old woman and 10 mins a day (started on 5 mins and then increased weekly) is just the thing to keep me active, get circulation going, stops my ankles from swelling and makes me feel good in myself. I suffer with COPD so am restricted in how far I can go by walking, but now I can walk farther and get little jobs done that I could not do before I bought this. If you were thinking of getting one and are unsure, then I would ask the Doctor what he thinks. It is light to pick up and move, very sturdy and well made and it comes with an exercise sheet and two leads with handles that can be attached to the machine either side. There is no directions on the sheet as it gives a very comprehensive workout program with pictures using the leads. I wish this had been around 60 years ago. At the moment I have not lost a lot of weight but find that I am losing bulk. To lose a drastic amount of weight you would have to eat sensibly as well. I am too old to be figure conscious but do want to get rid of a few (lot) of bumps and be more mobile.

Excellent value for money and extremely easy to store inlike my previous Vibration plate which took up a lot of space in my living room. I use this machine daily and have started feeling a lot fitter as well. I absolutely love this it’s amazing

Item broke after 3rd time it was used. Strap napped and hit me in the face. I contacted vendor and they havent even bothered to get back to me. Numerous issues with the equipment as display is very difficult to understand. Remote control didnt work at all (still doesnt). Its also very easy to switch off by accident. If you touch the button during a routine it switches off then you have to wait until it powers itself down and then setting it up again is an absolute pain. Overall poor product and so far poor customer service.

I'm enjoying it so far and yes, it jiggles me about like billy-o. My legs especially feel quite tingly after use. The supplied straps are rather short and wouldn't be much use for anyone of say, 6ft. I haven't used the programs yet, but I like the fact that the speed goes up to 199.

Brilliant, use it for 10 minutes every night and after a week have already lost 3 lb and my aching knee is much much better. It wont just make you lose weight on its own you have to also diet but it def helps me as I don't have the time to go tot he gym so this helps with my workout combined with walking my dogs at night.

First arrived 2 days before expected it. Started using it straight away and it seems to have started to work already on my thigh! Wait and see on the next few weeks

Item arrived in good time as promised. Slight issue with one of the straps however Seller resolved immediately. Since using product I have toned up and lost weight. You actually notice the difference within 3 uses. Love it!
