Wellibob Gloss

For starters, I am a true size 10, average width feet. Upon putting on these size 10 wellies, my feet were sliding everywhere. I put on 2 pairs of socks and still sliding. So then I decided these have to be size 11 and maybe I received a mislabeled size.Then, as I walked around with my 2 pairs of socks on and feet sliding to test the arch support, the left heel goes "pop" with every single step. I thought I had stepped in something sticky. Nope. I think I just received a pair of poorly made boots.I guess for the price I paid I had expected better. The style was cute though. These will be returned and off I go to continue the hunt for a decent pair of supportive, well fitting rain boots. Are they really this hard to find?

I absolutely loved the idea of wellibobs. They're cute but sturdy.Sizing: I have slightly flat/wide feet so I didn't size down, They fit fine, a little extra toe room handy if I needed to wear thick socks.Comfort:Not the best arch support,but that's fine because I wasn't expecting them to be/ not a deterrent for me to wear them.HOWEVER, I only wore them for a couple hours (only walking a couple blocks), and they rubbed my ankles (especially my left ankle). It was swollen and felt raw for a couple days.I'm super sad because I was hoping these could be my go- cute, easy to slip on/off, sturdy construction. But if I can't wear them without wearing knee length socks, they're no longer stylish to wear in spring/summer.I swear I'm not some crazy fashionista (I can barely walk in heels), but it would have been nice to get work done and not be forced to dress like a man...

I love Joules Wellibob rain booties, they're perfect for running out in the rain, along a rainy beach. I wear a US women's size 8.5-9 depending on the shoe, these are my second pair of Joules Wellibob boots, and a size 8 in this style fits perfectly. However, I was sent the wrong style, I ordered the Black Hedgerow but got black glossy. Since Black Hedgerow is now sold-out in pretty much every size I will keep black glossy because they are nice and fit well, can't argue with the price, either. This has happened twice with Joules rain boots. Perhaps the person filling the order should really be sure the order is correct. I work in Enterprise Fulfillment at another retailer and it's fairly simple.

I was really excited for these boots to arrive. However, once they did, they were solid black, not colorful as pictured. Additionally, they were just very bulky. A little big, but the fit was just...bulky.... I really wanted to love them, but couldn't justify keeping them at that price when they weren't perfect. The product seemed more like a $30-40 boot. Even if they had been the correct color, I think I still would have returned them. It's a shame, because I really wanted these boots. Even if I ordered a size smaller, I'm not sure that they would have fit properly.

These are super cute and they do run quite big and I have a wide foot. If you are looking for comfort, these are not the boots for you. I wore them around the house with different socks to see if I could get them to fit more snugly. They were perfect with a very thick sock, but by the time I was done trying things on, my feet were already beginning to get achy. Not a good sign. They are cute though!

I have no problem with the boot. It is a comfortable boot and well made. When I attempted to try them on, I noticed something stuck inside the boot. What I removed was a dried up piece of pasta. On further examination, there were white water spots on one of the boots (pasta water?). The spots were easily removed, but was someone cooking while deciding to keep them? Whoever takes back items should carefully inspect before returning to stock.

Wanted a rain boot for a weekend trip that would require a lot of walking but didn't want to spend a lot of money. I read the reviews about being comfy but was skeptical since I have back problems. I was pleasantly surprised!! Walked over 12000 steps in these things and my feet didn't get tired and start hurting until about 9-10000 steps. I did put an orthotic insert in it because there wasn't arch support, which I need. It's a bit heavy. Does run a bit large but the insert and a medium thickness sock helped. Could have worn a larger, thick winter sock. Definite value for the money!

Loved the boot but doesn’t come in half sizes. First ordered up, the boot was HUGE. Impossible to wear. Returned and ordered down, and my toes got the end of the boot. It was still loose everywhere else. I finally gave up and returned. Bought boots elsewhere that came in half sizes.

Second pair. This time only had them 6 weeks and already split at the ankle. Disappointing there is no warranty process for this in Amazon.

I have wide calves and regular feet / ankles so find wide fit shoes a miss fit and wellingtons especially so l thought l would try this short welly style as l do a lot of dog walking.I liked the look of these boots and they have great reviews so ordered a size 5 as l am a 5.5 usually and some reviews stated these boots are roomy.Unfortunately these were too small and so as l have prime l sent them back and reordered the size 6. A seemless and great service as usual by Amazon. Thank you Amazon!The size 6 fit me perfectly, the boots have been worn daily and have coped with beach sand / pebbles and mud sometimes several times a day with no problems.The boots are a regular fit, have good support in the foot and ankle and are roomy around the leg part so l can tuck in jeans, they are ideal with tights / leggings / skinny jeans.They are extremely comfortable and very useful indeed, l should have ordered some years ago!I find the quality great and in my experience even the most expensive boots haven't lasted me over a year so for the money l think they are a great buy.Oh and the insoles did slip around initially but l simply flipped them over and the problem was solved.

Came promptly. Nicely packaged. Very good quality. My shoe size varies depending on its make from 7 to 8, I ordered 7 and it's a perfect fit. You do need to buy good insoles for it though, as the original ones are very "slippery". My feet kept sliding forward inside the boot, and the original insole was being pushed out from under the heel while walking . I put orthopaedic insoles in, plenty of room for them and these are now most comfy rainy boots.

I was looking for a winter boot when I found these wellibobs! I love them, they’re perfect for the winter weather, comfortable and fashionable.I ordered a size 6 (which is my usual size) and have plenty of room for some big fluffy socks.The only downside is they come with a fluffy insole that slips often! They’re so fab tho, I’m already looking at other styles to buy other pairs!

I do love these short wellies, they are surprisingly comfortable and do exactly what they should which is to keep out the water. I can happily wear them for a long dog walk in the wet grass and my feet are not easily pleased. Probably more comfortable that you imagine and well they do look very stylish and cute. Also the grip is better than most on squishy mud days.Just one thing, but I won't deduct a star for it because I didn't expect to have the fluffy liners included. The liners are useless they slide down the boots, I have had two pairs now and the same thing, you will end up taking out those liners and throwing them away, I have not tried glueing them in but I didn't really feel I needed them the boots are comfy enough, especially if you wear thick socks.Update: Both these boots have now split on one side of the stretch round the ankle, lovely boots but to short a life span so I am reducing this feedback from five stars to two
