There nothing to dislike they are medium sized torpedo shaped gel capsules which are easy to swallow. These are Tocopherols which are ok as far as I can tell. I did try the Tocotrienols for a time but they are very expensive. These capsules are a quality product from a recognised brand at a reasonable price.

These are the best you can buy

These arrived very quickly which was great as it was the first time I have everrun out. I am convinced that this Vitamin saved me from having high leg amputations nearly sixty years ago and I would not be without it. One niggle :- these capsules are at least twice the size of my usual brand and need a really large gulp!

I have hyperhidrosis due to medications so I sweat buckets. These have cut that problem in half. I am much drier now and very grateful about it. These specific capsules contain other ingredients which are important to stop sweating too so work better than other brands. Tasteless and easy to swallow and makes summer much more bareable
