Great kit with everything needed. I would buy again.

Excellent for some one who is learning how to suture wounds at the beginner level. Mainly for learning to tie knots that don’t unwind, approximating wound edges, and the correct number of loops to exert the proper amount of tension to hold the wound together. The plastic “Practice Skin” is much stiffer than human flesh, but this kit is a learning tool for practicing.

The kit itself is great. Great for practice or shtf. My only gripe is the zipper broke opening the kit for the for the first time.

Bought for my first aid kit I'm putting together. Yes, I would use it if I had to. If you live in the middle of nowhere, how are you getting to a doctor? Or if this world goes to he double toothpicks, you have something to use to close your wound when there are no more hospitals or doctors. Good for extreme emergencies only, I think. I just want to be prepared.
