I was looking for something to place my laptop on while I was relaxing in bed at night. I looked at reviews on many items and although I wasn't that crazy about a 'plastic' desk, this was the closest style to what I was looking for: something with variable height, sturdy and durable, plenty of leg room. Although when I ordered it I thought it was a little pricey, I was pleasantly surprised when I received the desk. It seems that sometimes you get what you pay for...... I love this thing. It is sturdy and not cheap feeling or looking. I have never even thought it would tip over while on the bed and it fits well over my legs (I am a little more than average weight) and is a good height for me. I have enough room for my 15.5 in laptop and mouse. The fan is good and works well, it's not too loud. The light works good, I don't need it and haven't used it very much so it tucks out of the way on the side. The USB hub area works good as well, you can store the cord under the laptop area. The mouse pad has a nice feel and seems durable. It is a good height for me (I am 5'8"). It has a little weight because of the sturdiness and I like the fact that you can fold the legs all the way in and store it away. I've had this for about a month, so if anything comes up I will update my review, but so far no complaints at all.

I wasnt sure what to expect, but was pleasantly surprised.It's plastic, but pretty sturdy. I used it in bed for typing on the computer. I dont use a mouse, so the side wasnt very useful as a work area for a notebook or a book. But worked for a cup or small things.The side lamp works, you need your own batteries, but the neck is too short, so it's not too helpful if you're reading a book, especially if you lifted the lid.The added height elevation works just fune, but for working bed might be too high.There is enough legroom underneath for most movement. I use it everyday without an issue.

I have now had this item for close to 5 years, and I can say it was pretty reliable. It got me through the long nights of nursing school, from the comfort of my bed and couch during covid when we weren't allowed on campus. It was especially helpful at times when I was sick on numerous occasions and after surgery. While I don't necessarily use it for my laptop anymore, it still is of good use as a tabletop art easel. The light, while it still works it does not work as well as I had it when i first bought it all those years but what can you expect. As for the fan I haven't tried it in some time due to losing the charger but if the light still works I assume the same for the fan. My only true gripe is sometimes when I wanted the table top tilited, if i didn't double check it was in place it would fall when placing my laptop on it. Other than that it's pretty easy to use and does what it's supposed to.

I've used this desk daily in bed and elsewhere and I find it very useful and of good quality.Mouse pad works well and my 15ish inch laptop sits fine on the desk - not sure it would fit a 17" very well.I would recommend this product to anyone needing a a cooling desk and USB hub. USB hub charges phones, kindles, etc. but it is a little slow doing so.My only complaint is in the cord connector to the laptop from the desk to operate the USB hubs/light. It is flimsy and has broken easily. I ended up replacing the desk a couple of times, but the company ended up giving me a small refund to purchase my own set of USB mini cables. Other than the cord, I'd say it's worth the price.

I am able to work in my bed, recliner and on the couch.

I SO wish I could give this a higher score. I want to love it so badly, and I DO like it. I use it practically every day. But it’s materials let it down. If it was made of something other than plastic, it would be great. But the legs wobble when you try to collapse it, and the grooves that hold the legs open are just that, grooves that a plastic tab fits into to hold the legs open. I have to leave it open all the time for fear that the plastic is going to wear away and destabilize the whole thing. The plastic tabs that hold the second compartment closed broke almost immediately, so now the second drawer is useless. I even had to take it shut because it kept flipping open.That being said, the design of the computer side works wonderfully. The fan helps my gaming laptop’s cooling system extremely well. And even in the raised position the laptop is sturdy and I never feel like I have to worry that it’s going to fall off or that the shelf is going to break.If this thing had better legs and drawer construction, it would be a 6/5 for me.

Laptop table is light and well made I have been using it just about every night for the last 6 months and have had no issues
