I bought this vest because I realize my fondest memories all include me in a popped collar. My winter weight vests all have poppable collars and until recently I had to suffer all summer long without a popped collar.Now i can wear my summer weight vest and look as cool as I do in the winter.They don't call me Pop-Collar Pete for nothing.

I wish I could accurately rate this product, but unfortunately I did not receive the advertised product. What I received instead was a low quality 3M crossing guard style safety vest. Rather than deal with the hassle of returning the product I kept as a back-up. So, I guess this review is more of a reflection the merchant rather than the merchandise.
