One side of the headphones did not work. I left a 1 star review, and the company responded with swiftness. I received a new pair of headphones as a replacement. Thank you for the outstanding customer service.I edit this to 3 stars. The item is quiet but okay for my 3 year old. My 4 YO thinks they are too quiet. This item would be a 4 star item but since I have bought 2 sets and both times only 1 side works, I give 3 stars. I'd give 2 but the customer service is great and they stand by their product, even if it doesn't work.Edited a 3rd time because company keeps emailing for more feedback. They sent a 3rd pair out with the option for Loud/Quiet switch- wonderful! I'm happy. But I will not give a higher star score.I refused to give 4 or 5 stars as this has been a hassle product and have had to return several times. While the customer service is great, the product is not dependable.Edited again. This pair died. Worst purchase and experience with this product ever. DO NOT BUY!

My 9 years old daughter got the chance to try them during the holidays, we took 3 different flights and this is the first time using headphones for him, they worked great, I bet they were comfy too since she never complained.

Both my 4 year old and my 1 year old use these headphones. (We have two pair) I was worried that my kids wouldn't wear them because they can be sensitive about stuff in their heads and ears but neither of them have a problem with these at all. In fact, my 1 year old (almost 2) likes to put them on even when he's not using them for sound; he uses them more like dress up. Lol So I'd say they're plenty comfortable. Not only that but they fit both my kids fine and I can wear them too. There very adjustable.The material is good. The sound is good. And best of all, I can't hear their games or videos when they're using them. I hate hearing a little sound, like the radio turned down until you can barely hear it. It's distracting. So not hearing that from their headphones is nice.

I just received the headphones and they seem to work great for my 4yr old. The only problem I am having is it seems that there is a short in the cord. If the cord if moved slightly my son can hear music but no speaking ever so slightly again you can't hear anything. Has to be in the perfect spot in order to hear everything.

These headphones work great. Our 2 and a half year old uses these and has no trouble hearing, even on an airplane. He loves the color blue too! It's nice that the cord has the mini headphone plug on both ends - one plugs into the headphone and the other into the playing device. Overall, we are very happy with this product - it is well built, sounds great and easy to use !!!

I am very pleased with the company and product. I originally purchased the wired headphones after thinking I got the wireless pair and wrote a review as such.The company was so accommodating that they offered to send me the wireless pair for free. So much easier with a toddler and they obviously care about their customers being happy which is a huge plus! I’d absolutely recommend!

My son liked them.. unfortunately they only worked for about a month and a half. The sound has been inconsistent for about a month.. and now, they only play the background music, not the main singing/talking in any videos. Sometimes they wont play at all.. super disappointed. Poor quality*UPDATE* the company sent me another pair which seem to be working pretty well so far. These are a little different and hopefully should last longer. It has volume control and a switch to turn it on/off which is pretty cool. My son is happy.

Nice quality headphones, and the sound is clear; however, the folding function is super sensitive. Every time you pick it up, set it down, or adjust it, it folds on itself and my toddler has a fit. Very annoying.
