Perfect fit
The hood struts on my 2011 Sonata finally lost all holding power. These work perfectly and after a quick installation guide on YouTube, the replacement was complete in about 5 minutes.

Perfect fit, major improvement over my failing stock struts
The stock struts on my 2011 Sonata have been struggling to not even being able to hold up the hood at all in cold weather. If I would have known how cheap and easy these were to replace, I would have done it a long time ago. All you need is a flat head screwdriver and 2 minutes to install them. Massive difference, they are strong. I actually have to use a little more force than I'm used to to close the hood.But how long will they last? Time will tell. But I'm guessing I will never replace them on this car again.

Great
Easy to install, make sure to have something/somebody holding up the hood (just in case). It actually works better than the old ones…at the moment installed today.

They totally worth the price
They are super easy to install and have a strong construction. My only concern is that I felt they had a little too much pressure, and opening up the trunk was a bit strong. But so far, they have worked just right.
